One thing I've noticed that makes me enjoy this channel so much more is that despite having his own products, which of course he mentions and shows, he never shoves it down your throat. This is the 3rd or 4th video recently where I can recall him saying, you don't have to use these, you can use whatever your favorite is. That makes me want to buy his stuff just because he's so honest and good about it.
His products are also pretty reasonably priced lol once I get outta college and can afford to start grilling, I'm gonna use his vids and products to start
His products are out of this world . My local BBQ store has them available and I've used them all and not a bad one in the bunch. His AP seasoning is my go to for everything then down goes his BBQ rubs
Every-time I watch his channel, I'm confident to try it myself because he is like a teaching instructor who covers every critical detail of his cooks from temps to timing to how he preps the meats without leaving you guessing on how long to smoke, at what temps etc... A lot of grilling channels will make the food and it looks good but they don't cover details of the actual process.
Malcolm Reed is AWESOME! He’s really helped me fall in love with smoking and barbecuing some delicious food these last two years. I am going to give it a go with these ribs this weekend too! Keep up the great work Malcolm, and thank you!
Malcolm, you're a legend. I have only in the last few months subscribed to your channel, and it is just awesome. I love the way you really explain what you're doing and why. It makes it really easy to replicate all of your most delicious recipes. Down here in Australia, the American BBQ scene has become really popular and I am getting right into it, and this channel helps me look like the most seasoned pro. Keep the videos coming
Malcolm, I appreciate your videos so much. They all remind me of my childhood hangiing around my grandfather as he made magic happen on the backyard pit. Keep up the fantastic work.
I love your channel. The cooks are always excellent. Your tutorials are on point. I really enjoy how you explain each step but you keep it quick and concise. Thanks for your work. Please keep it up.
My comment is getting a lot of traffic lol ... these ribs really do look unbelievable. I honestly don’t think I could make them as good as him !! P.S you definitely need a show on the food network
Excellent! Thanks Malcom. I use your BBQ sauces and the vinegar sauce as well and I really enjoy the flavor. Nothing better. I expected some honey for the money when you wrapped. I have to try this. Though I have done similar before. Thanks for this, great cook man.
I gotta say I very much enjoy your videos. Great job and look forward to watching many more.I just recently got myself a Louisiana pellet smoker.Love it.Smoker is a game changer.
Thanks for another great video. Looking good as always. I picked up ribs this morning and I have your rub and sauces so I know what I'm going to be doing.
Your the best when it comes to smoking, i dont listen or watch anybody else, just did some bourbon glaze ribs today after watch n ur show. They were amazing, thanks for the advice
Ive never tried ribs but the market has too good of a sale to pass on. I will def be using this video to help me on my first go around. THANK YOU! keep up the great work!
Nice cook man. Don't think ive seen you that excited before. Watched all your videos :) I went back and watched it a second time. I second the international shipping that some have mentioned.
Hello Malcolm, thank you for all of the help you have given in your tutorial videos firstly. Secondly it would be great to see what you do with your rib tips after you trim them to st. Louis style as i always have these left over and dont know what to do with them.
I watch a lot of grilling videos and I love this guys stuff. Everything looks amazing. I don't have cool grills or smokers but I have a 100 dollar grill from Walmart lol. I cook on it almost every weekend. I do use the same charcoal cause it comes out with a good smoke flavor.
I'll be using this method to smoke ribs for my co-workers for sure! This re-heat method is a great way to have ribs ready by lunch, without lighting the pit at 5 am. Malcom, I picked up some loin back ribs recently. Could you show us how to smoke them, so that the rib meat is tender, without drying out the loin meat?Great videos!! Thanks for sharing your methods with us viewers.
Absolutely love your videos! Please consider doing a BBQ class were people can learn hands on from you and your team! I would pay for a day of that!!!!😀
Always love the video,s and the fact that Malcom doesnt try to push only his products and always says use what ever rubs, sauces etc you like. But by the way I do you use his products and they are all top shelf. Malcom is a true bbq champion.
I just discovered your videos Malcom - I have been missing out! I use a large Weber Smokey Mountain and lump charcoal for my ribs and tri tip roasts. I am going to try your method on my next two racks of St. Louis style ribs, man I can not wait...
@Riyamu Wow what an ignorant comment. Other religions fast as well. Also a lot of people do intermittent fasting for the weight loss and health benefits. I do intermittent fasting myself, and I'm an atheist lmao.
Sir. Thank you for your videos. Thank you for being such a great grill master. If your ever in Dallas, Texas please let me buy you a beer as a way to thank you for being my RU-vid mentor.
