Dear Jill😘, I learn from you to make cake/ healthy food, before I always eat bad food and make me sick ,Thank You very much and Apreciate for All Your Videos 🙏🏼👍👍👍
Jill, the amount of dates used in your recipes makes me want to move to Arizona and grow palm dates. Your dishes are so dreamy. Thank you for showing us the wonderful world of plant based food.
This is so timely, Jill! I always take a vegan cheesecake to my sons's BD and it is this coming Saturday. It has been impossible to find a healthier version than the ones using vegan cream cheese. I'm so excited to try this one! As always, thank you for your excellent content!
Interesting and inspiring. I know I won't ever be able to cook like this but I need some new ideas. It's great to see what's possible on a plant-based diet. I feel like it's a necessity to be able to cook your own food if you're plant-based. I'll be sure to check your other videos.
It looks gorgeous and I only wish you were right about not being able to taste nutritional yeast because there's alway an exception to the rule and I bet I'm not the only one. Everyone else, Enjoy!
@@tara1638 Trust me after having choked it down 3 times in the last 15 years and having had to taste the nastiness I'm not going anywhere near it. My comment was in response to the "trust me you won't taste it" in the video. I just wish people would stop saying it, it's not true. And, as I state I'm not the only one who can taste it. But thank you for your well meant comment.
So many folks are NOT reading the comments and are asking the same questions over and over. Jill gave substitutions for Tofu (more cashews), and others have mentioned using white beans instead of chickpeas. Read the comments before posting your own question. It may have been answered already. 🤷🏼♀️
Try white beans that are very well cooked (preferably soaked overnight first). I would also replace chickpeas with them because, in my experience, they have a much more neutral taste. You can also make many things with them that replace dairy and even mayo.
