Hello TY, thanks for watching and your kind support! For the beef brisket, stew for 50 minutes. In the last 12 minutes add the lightly sauté turnip. Switch off the heat and then use the residual heat and rest for 45 mins - 1 hour. Don’t open the lid during the resting period. Have a taste test afterwards and then heat it all back up before serve!
