Sing sing, can you tell me the types of spices and quantity for the 鹵水 spices, I live in Australia, I can get the individual spices but not 鹵水 spices in one bag. Thank you.
Thank you for the video. It looks really yummy.. I shall follow it and explore the use a slow cooker after the first 30 minutes to do the braising /standing for the final 1-hour of cooking.
