To be fair, Dell has been doing a 'dock' with multiple ports on their monitors for years. I guess people are only really noticing now because laptops these days have so few ports.
Right. But if my memory is accurate, only recently they have been integrating full charging capability since before type C only a dedicated dock port could both charge and connect peripherals.
