Hi,Jessica. Just wondering when u press the spin mode change button or quickly spin the the mouse, does your MS900 comes with some noise from inside of the mouse(not the button click sound). I just got mine and comes with strange sound as mentioned above. Just wanna confirm is it normal or is it default 😢, thank you
Great video Jess. Knowing your brief is so critical. It's not just your product knowledge, it's your competitive product knowledge, it's your understanding of the customer, what their industry is doing, and what their competitors are doing. It's knowing the person you are meeting and trying to understand what their task motive is vs. their personal motives (yes even execs have personal motives). Also, we all know that stories make the most compelling presentations so being able to tell a story that will resonate with your customer is critical. Let's not forget the dark underbelly of all of this though. While sounding smart is important, new outside sales people need to use this information to craft great questions. Once that question is asked, SHUT-UP and LISTEN. If you are doing all of the talking, even if it is great product info, you are failing. # 9 - Sales is not a 9-5 job. It is a flexible job that allows you to do what you need to do when you need to do it but it's unrealistic to be an outside sales person and think you will shut-down at 5pm. You become a main point of escalation and your customers WILL call at odd hours.
Thank you Chris! You've highlighted some crucial points about the depth of knowledge required for successful sales, and the importance of understanding both the customer's industry and their personal motivations. Crafting compelling stories that resonate with customers and asking thoughtful questions are indeed key aspects of effective selling. And it's true, being available outside of traditional work hours is often a reality in sales - being prepared to be a main point of contact for escalation is part of the job. Your points further emphasize the complexity and dedication necessary in the world of sales.
My daughter just graduated college and starting a job as financial analyst and needs a 3 monitor set up at her house. I was thinking of a central 27 inch and 2 portrait 24 inches on the sides. Considering she is mostly doing spreadsheet type work, I didn't know how important it is to do 4K? I assume best to do same resolution for all three? I have a Dell 19TB hub but not sure if daisy chain monitors into hub, if monitors like this with hubs more easily daisy chain? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
Awww congratulations to your daughter! She asked for three monitors? What about having a large monitor with display manager so that she can cut it into three? I used to always have three but moved to two 32 inch monitors and love it! Depending on the budget I would either just go with the P series but if you have a little more to spend I would absolutely go with the UltraSharp monitor, 4K isn’t necessary for work unless she wants to watch videos. The Hub makes it super easy to daisy chain! Just make sure whatever you are connecting them to can power three. Excited for her!
Thank you for sharing your feedback. The glossy finish on the Alienware 32 4K QD-OLED Gaming Monitor - AW3225QF is indeed a preference that varies among users. Let me know if you have any further questions about the monitor! #iwork4dell #alienware #dellgaming
Yes, the keys do support backlighting, making it easier to type in the dark. Additionally, you can access the BIOS on a Windows system using the USB dongle included with the keyboard, rather than relying on Bluetooth connectivity. You can find more detailed information in the Data Sheet linked in the video description.
Thank you for watching! I appreciate your feedback. The OBSBOT Tiny 2 Lite does offer unique features that set it apart from the Logitech MX Brio and Dell cameras, such as AI tracking and gesture controls. However, it does not support Windows Hello. Make sure to check out the full review of the Logitech MX Brio, the comparison might help you decide further. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!
Very nicely made video.. am planning to purchase this monitor for the fact that i have limited desk space.. Hows it while working ? does it have flicker or any other issue in past months while using ? Ill be using it for video editing in Premiere Pro, and watching netflix... is it enough for usage? thanks in advance.
Hey there!! No flicker as of yet and don’t think there will be! If you have the extra budget I would go with the Ultrasharp series instead of the professional series! It is a lot nicer with colours for editing etc!
@@salesspice good to know its working great. budget is a bit concern so i hv to shortlist this.. but am sure it wont be that disappointing... Thank you.
Yes, the Dell 24 USB-C Hub Monitor - P2422HE allows you to conveniently switch between multiple input sources like a personal desktop and a work laptop using the monitor's built-in USB-C hub feature. This makes it easy to connect and view different devices on the same screen without the hassle of constantly switching cables. Hope this helps!
Terrible structural design for a product with this price and brand. I expected it to last more than three months: There is a design error where there is a weak point precisely at the junction where the microphone rotates. The designer created a fitting where it should have been a whole piece
Hopefully the product teams read this for the feedback! Thanks for sharing! I don’t mind this headset and so far have not had any audio issues. I am however using the wireless headset
I actually think it’s a mix of my editing software and potentially the AI filtering on my face. When I use it on zoom I don’t get any of that slight lag!
It's all about having fun and learning at the same time! Embracing technology can sometimes feel like a whole new world, but the possibilities are endless. Just remember, there's always something new to discover and explore. Keep that curiosity alive!
Thank you for sharing that link! While the monitor you provided appears to offer some impressive features. It's always great to explore different options when shopping for gaming monitors! #iwork4dell #alienware #dellgaming
Yes, this monitor does have VESA mounting capabilities, allowing you to easily mount it on the wall. It's great for saving space and achieving the perfect viewing angle. You can find more details and specifications on our Dell website linked in the video description. #iwork4dell
Hi, thank you for this video which came up when searching a review of this product. Sadly it is only 60Hz but could do the job and replace my U3014 which I want to replace for a while now... ... if I find an answer to a dummy question. ;) Other Dell monitors offering kvm do not support sharing a webcam using usb downstream port so here is the question: -> As this one has built-in webcam & speakerphone, do they follow the active computer when switching from a laptop to a desktop? In 2024 when a lot of people can work some days per week from home it should be obvious... but as I wrote before it is not. :(
Thank you for your comment and question! The Dell 27 Video Conferencing Monitor P2724DEB does support sharing the webcam and speakerphone between devices when physically switching from a laptop to a desktop or using the LAN KVM feature. This feature can be particularly useful for remote work scenarios where people need to move between different devices seamlessly. Should you decide to make the switch, this monitor could indeed be a suitable replacement for your U3014.
Hi@@salesspice, I tested a 3425WE I borrowed at work to check some things and I noticed it allowes sharing webcam and also usb dongle for headset so I will more probably go to this one. :)
I appreciate you sharing your experience with the app needed to cancel background noise. It's important to consider compatibility with the company's tech policies. Have you explored any alternative solutions or strategies to address the background noise issue when using the Dell Wireless headset WL3024 in your work environment?
Currently stuck between this one and the new G80SD. The warranty thing isn't too much of an issue for me. I recently returned a Neo G7 because I hated the matte coating on it. That's my worry. I won't be able to see them both in person before buying as my small town Best Buys don't carry them. I like the extras of the G80SD, but I don't wanna get it and end up having issues with picture quality because of the coating. My office is very low lit and little to no natural sunlight every. What do you think???
So I have had experience with Samsung, Dell, LG monitors . I used Samsung for 10 years for my gaming pc. It finally started to flicker a few years ago . If you have the budget , Alienware doesn’t disappoint 😍🤩
