Hi. The lines are perfect. Very good method. You’re one of the best teachers on RU-vid. Thank you so much for all the details that you teach with our point of view in mind. Amazing job.
With that journey (until the end of the route) we now know, without a doubt, who is "responsible" for supplying 5V ALW ON to the Dell Vostros. Very good repair. A sincere congratulations. Thanks a lot you for your time and effort. Please keep uploading this kind of useful content. Greetings from Mexico.
Loved everything ! The presentation, the schematics reading. Great video from start to finish. It was easy decision to subscribe right away. Keep up the good work. Thanks 🙏
Great presentation, I like so much the way you do the presentation that I would watch it again and again, thanks again for your effort and sharing your repairs with us.
Hi, I have not made a video of scanning. A few people have asked, so I may do so in the future. But until then, the brief description is - 1. Clean the motherboard with a toothbrush 2. Scan with my Epson V600 Perfection scanner at 1600dpi using Epson Scan software. 3. Run two filters in photoshop, one for improving colour, one for improving sharpness.
Hello. I have this exact same motherboard that isn't powering on, and have been following your steps. However, in my case, at 06:00, I *do* get a short between ground and after the second mosfet. Any ideas what that would mean? Sorry, I'm a beginner at this kind of thing.
Hi John, if you wish to be number 3 in my "help a subscriber", send me details/pics/ measurements etc to therepairshare@gmail.com and I will try to help. If it's shorted at that position there should be a reasonable chance of fixing.
