I have 0 experience working with laptops, did everything like you showed and it worked :D Can you tell me please about i5 8th gen CPU in this exact laptop, and cooling solution it has, how it should perform after repasting? I used MX-6 and get 95-100+ °С in few seconds under full 100% 51W stress test load. Idle temps are around 50-70 depending on load and clock speeds (without fans spinning for some reason).
