This is driving me nuts - does it all night long, and Dell haven't got a clue why. It is often preceded by quick flashing horizontal lines, but they don't show up in the video very well.
Looks like I'll have to get the service guy out. Luckily it's only a few weeks old. Pretty crappy though for such an expensive all-in-one.

1) google "Video_Intel_W84_A00_Setup-30TJ5_ZPE.exe" video driver (it is old video driver) 2) also find www.howtogeek.com/302595/how-to-stop-windows-10-from-automatically-updating-hardware-drivers/ to disable windows update updating drivers automatically...otherwise this reverses what you did in the 1st step.. 3) problem should be solved after restart 4) good luck

Just in case anyone was searching for a solution in June 2020, this is how I fixed it: (Please contact Dell if it doesn't work for you) *Boot into Safe-Mode: 1. Sign Out of your user. 2. Click Power 3. Hold down Shift+Click Restart. *it should say "please wait" at this point. 4. When the blue screen appears, click Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>More>Startup Settings>Restart 5. When your PC reboots, press #5 6. Sign In on your user again 7. Right-Click START>Device Manager 8. Expand the 'Display Adapters' section 9. Right-Click the listed adapter, then select 'Uninstall Device' 10. Check the 'Delete the driver software for this device' box, then click Uninstall 11. Restart your PC 12. When it restarts again, Sign In on your user>Press the Windows Key+I to bring up settings. You can ignore the web page it brings up. 13. From Settings, click 'Update and Security'>Windows Update> Check for Updates After the updates download, it will say in Settings that the PC needs to be restarted. When it restarts again, the monitors shouldn't flicker anymore. This was driving me absolutely nuts.
