I lived in NYC and heard about Delmonico’s but never went. Today I was at the market and I saw Delmonico’s and was inspired to try it. I made a pan seared recipe and the steak melted in my mouth 🤤 Thank you for a great video and for filling me in about the facts.
You're right in the sense that all Delmonicos are ribeyes, but they specifically come from the first few ribs on the chuck side of the rib, so all ribeyes are not Delmonicos.
