Tom Riddle would have killed her on the spot as he would have seen her as threat to his power. Lord Voldemort in his original body in full 1st Wizarding War mode would have not listened to her and blast her to death.

I know right? I really wish they could have met. I really think it Voldemort knew her, she might have made him stronger using her infatuation with him as this father she knew from stories of his deeds to propel him to greater heights. Perhaps then he'd kill her

she used the surname Diggory while interacting with Albus Potter and Scorpius Malfoy, but she is in no way related to Cedric's family logically, her surname would be Riddle, but You Know Who hated his real name and would never allow his child to have it, so Delphini either took up the married surname of her mother, Lestrange, or used her mother's maiden name, Black, or used the Gaunt name
