My faucet was stuck in-between spray and stream modes. Using your video I was able to disassemble and clean the spay head and totally fixed the problem. It works like new now. I didn't have to remove the back flow valves or change the O rings for my fix. Thanks for the video.

Finally a clear video showing what you have to do to take apart the spray head. Other videos showed using a 17mm bolt and I couldn't figure out how it would fit. So this showed me that it's as simple as take out the screw and push it through great! Only thing I noticed was when I went to put it back in there was a black trim ring around the top of the sprayer. That was a bit fiddly to get put back. Overall thank you very much for showing me how to take this thing apart I have the exact same model.

This video truly saved me $100 and a lot of aggravation trying to find the proper replacement head. Turns out I have a Delta spray head too. It took me 10 minutes to fix my spray head which wouldn't switch back and forth. I removed a lot of junk from the head and it is working like it was new even without even replacing O-rings. Mine were in good shape. There was a very small plastic part that was a spacer that I didn't see on yours. It fell off after I had taken the screw out and removed the internals. I wasn't sure where it went but the only place was over female screw threads that the screw went into. Thank you for doing this video. Warren

Absolutely amazing and descriptive video. I had a slightly different design but the same general steps applied. I just wanted to know how to remove the plastic assembly from the head, but this video took that to a whole new level! I was also blown away by how much “gunk” had built up on the sprayer surface AND inside the faucet head itself. A good CLR cleaner soaking of the parts in a zip loc after disassembly followed by a toothbrush worked well and was easy.

Great video. You should always put plumbers grease on all the o-rings before reassembly. The other thing to do is just call Delta. They have a lifetime guarantee, and will send you new parts for nothing.

Great video. I would not have been able to disassemble with out this video. Once I got it taken apart it was obvious all that was needed was remove debris from hard water. Works like new now. Thank you.

I had already disassembled my spray head before viewing your video, mine had so much hard water deposits I had to soak it in vinegar and then some Lime-A-Way, before I could get some of it apart. Mine had a pre-filter before the anti flow back valve, which took several days of soaking before I could remove it, I still haven't been able to remove the anti flow back valve. I did remove the spray/stream valve, but didn't know the center piece also is removable, so thanks for the additional information and also what the anti flow back valve looks like when removed, now if I can just get that out I'll have everything apart. Thanks again.

If you soak all the plastic parts in vinegar, it will remove the water scale. Do NOT put vinegar on the visible outer metal finished surfaces (it will pit them).

I have a plastic piece preventing me from removing it😔
