5 balls hit with each bat. Top 4 distances were shown. Warm day with humidity still burning off at 12:30pm on 5/4/2019. Balls didn't seem to travel as far on this particular day, but the important thing is all 4 bats were hit within a 30 minute time frame.
Final thoughts:
CF9 - excellent bat that our 13 yr old slugger can hit 210 ft off the tee, and launched a pitch about 220+ feet in a tournament this past December.
CFX - it's still breaking in, but it feels like it has just a little more trampoline effect than the CF9. I think once it's fully broken in, it will be hotter than the CF9.
CF Zen - the best bat in DeMarini's lineup, in my opinion. We have the drop 10 and the drop 11 on our team, and the girls are crushing it with the Zens. Got our drop 10 for $300 at a recent college softball "classic". The CF XD, which is basically a CF Zen with an adjustable end knob, can be had for $200-$225 on Ebay right now. That's a deal!
Prism - the girls like the way it sounds, and most like the looks. I just don't think it's worth the $400 price tag. It takes a lot to get it to break in, and even then, the sweet spot isn't as big as the CF line of DeMarinis. You have to hit it just right for it to send a ball flying. I think it was made to compete with, and sound similar to, Easton's Ghost. That's just my opinion. That and a couple bucks will get you some coffee. :-)
