Thanks for the video. I don’t have an area like this to worry about. I mulch some leaves and bag some and rake some. In Michigan too! Maybe try the other blades for fun for next fall.

I found it cut the grass for me just fine, too, although I didn't use it to cut my entire lawn as I pay a service to do that.

I'm of the opinion (without testing it) that the Ego leaf blower would be heavier than my electric one and not last as long as the job.

I owned this exact modle mower and it was great for cutting grass only, but horrible for mulching leaves when compared to my old gas mower. I ended up returning it for a Honda Gas mower which does a better job cutting grass and mulching leaves.

When you found the Ego mulching unsatisfactory were the leaves wet? I think Honda has been a top performer in the gas-powered models.

@@Aeromousikos yeah sometimes it was a bit wet. Also small dry leaves would get left behind. The only time it would mulch okay was at the lowest setting with dry leaves only. I rather not scalp the lawn so I switched back. Honda obliterates the leaves into such fine pieces, it looks like you raked them up.

The greenworks is better for bagging leaves. It has a turbo over ride button so it’s always at maximum power!

I bought one early this season and I am very happy with its performance in every way. I gave away my perfectly running 15 year old Honda to someone who needed a mower. Don’t miss it at all.
