This legislation is flawed, The "rights" being discussed need to include every U.S.of A. citizen, Any legislation concerning "rights" need not be targeted towards a group, or a certain community, whether government employed local state or national, union non union, gay straight or anywhere inbetwixed or outside those parameters ! The bottom line is We need Law Enforcement, and if there is a rouge Officer, removal of such needs to be on a common denominator type level ! Those Officers who have stayed on regardless of how they've been treated are Heroes, just the same as those in our Military service !
