Seeing all that tin coming out of there has a bunch of ideas rolling around in my head. Nothing more satisfying than cleaning up messes. Looks so much better.
Hello my favorite family I love your channel Doug and Ashley I love how you explain each and ever project I enjoy so much of your videos you are about the hardest working couple I have ever seen keep up the good work your children are amazing always helping never complain wishing you always good health and happiness and peace ❤️❤️❤️🌺🌺🌺🙏🙏🥰🥰👍👍
Concerning the wooden frame in the pit near the dog house, I would venture a guest that it was a puppy area , a "Whelping place." Also, in the original video about buying this property. You were so kind and thoughtful about the reason for the conditions and cleanliness of the trailer. You understanding that some people don't have access to help or can't afford repairs shows. You are a thoughtful and compassionate man. I really appreciated what you said. Hugs to all of you from Southeast Texas.
I don't think they care. Many properties around there are very messy and need work. If we motivate them to clean and repair their properties, that's cool though :)
Why am I so addicted to watching Doug and Ashley demo mobile homes? I hope you buy all the ugly mobile homes in Florida and fix ‘em up 😆 You guys are awesome!
What I love about watching you tear things apart, is the comfort in the knowledge that you’ll soon be putting it back together better than it’s original state and I’ll get to watch that too!! To be that confident in doing so is a great gift to have! No limits on what you can accomplish given your determination and desire to keep learning! I’m constantly impressed with what you are willing and able to take on!😊😊 Give me some!!!
I'm amazed at the huge projects you take on. Nice demolition job. Excited to see the progress on this newest remodel. Heartwarming to see your children learning a great work ethic working alongside you. One of my top 3 favorite channels. 😊
We found a dump hole like that on our property, and it had a rat and opossum living under it. I kept waiting for something to crawl out, lol. Glad it didn't!
My dad used to take us kids with him on side jobs. Watching your kids exploring a place that is new to them, brings back good memories. They will never forget their adventurous childhood. ❤
Maverick (?) is a great little helper. Belle and him have been trained well and it shows how great kids can be if they are not screamed at for making a mistake. God bless y'all.
Being a Floridian, I’m always amazed of how confident y’all are with ripping up old sheds, porches and anything outside. I would be scared of big ole snakes, creatures that bite and poisonous spiders. But you always get the jobs done without any really scary critters except spiders, which are bad enough. I just find that amazing! Great job!
Generally, snakes hate people and avoid them. They won't go toward a person if they hear them coming. I've always been super noisy when I have to work outside....give them plenty of warning to get away!
Bye little Maverick lol! So sweet watching him help so earnestly!! He’s the sweetest little boy. So the family that demos together stays together. Satisfying demo! That dog house situation gave me depressing vibes. This is truly another Diamond in the Rough for y’all. God bless and see ya!🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻🇺🇸
There appear to be two distinct groupings of humanity. There are those that stamp out a large carbon footprint, made up of things non-environmentally friendly being left all over the place in a large, messy pile (both visible and not so visible) in their wake in the place they once called home. There are also those who are a unique & special, limited edition tiny group of a few people, (just like your own family), that step up with courage and boldness, and choose to go in and do all the careful conscientious, beneficial cleanup required after the first grouping of people give up occupancy of a property. It takes a TONNE load of time and energy to do these types of cleanups post-occupancy of those who leave it all behind, and it must be good to see each bit of progress, step by step, on this your latest project property. Our own household has made multiple trips to the metal recyclers (last count I think it was seven) to dispose of metal items left by previous occupants of our country based property.... it all sure takes so much time and energy to achieve, doesn't it. May your household receive lots of favour, lots of profitable benefit, and tonnes of great reward for all that you are each doing currently, to clean up and makeover the previous workings of others on this mobile home property. Well done Team DIYfferent!
As always when you work , it’s good to see the thorough job you do. The cleaning up and the general ‘leave no trace ‘ attitude you have . What a good team you are .Your renovations down to the bone make enjoyable viewing .
It is is soooo satisfying to watch you guys clear out all of the old stuff. I especially love the tidbits with your family and your cute kids! lol Thanks for sharing.
Ashley you need to bring your metal detector with you and see what you find. The family has a lot of work to do. But it will be so much better when your through. Great work.
Hi family, Oh my goodness, I’m loving this tear out or whatever you call it! So stinkin exciting! Gosh it looks so much better already,,,you guys ROCK! Lots of loves n hugs from Southern Ohio!! God Bless ❤
Hi Doug Ashley & kids,WOW that place looks so much better already!I am excited to see your plans for this mobile home.Bless your family Doug & Ashley.🌷💕🌷
That’s wonderful you’re fixing up a mobile home. Our 1978 one cost $20K, with no lot rent or HOA, we fixed it up, built a wall and it’s a lovely home, it’s now worth $100K
There are so many different ways to order task that need to be done. I always get stuck and what to do first and never get anything done...lol. Good job.
Hi Doug and Ashley. Thank you for sharing another great video. How cute was Maverick working in the background 😊. As always, keep safe, and God bless your beautiful family always ❤
I think I can speak for everyone, we so look forward to your videos. Thank you for every bit you share with us. What a life, waiting to see DIYfferent.
You ever thought about adding to your tools a Magnetic Nail Sweeper that one of the kids could push around the property to collect nails/screws and other metal objects??
Great start, lots of family involvement, you all display a fantastic work ethic. The hole in the ground was a bit odd, like we were about to see something we didn't want to, ahhhhhhh! lol.
I am disabled and use a variety of helpful tools...my favorite being an extendable magnet on a rod and it even has an led light on the end. I have one at work because we drop paper clips and I can't pick them up, but I also keep one in my purse for if I drop my car keys, etc. And when we moved, my son dropped the screws for my bed in the yard and came and got it and searched and found all the screws in the grass in the dark. When Maverick was helping pick up the nails, I wished I could give him my magnet so bad so he wouldn't have to climb on the wonky roof...even if it was on the ground!
Oh wow pulling that deck apart was quite the job and you did it so well. Maverick is just so adorable and growing up so fast. I am so excited to see all of the work you are going to be doing in this trailor and also on the new deck. Thanks so much for another great video, I wish you a blessed week ahead, sending love and hugs, bye! 😉🤗👏👏🙏👍💜💜💜
Awesome job Doug and Ashley ❤ demo is the best part of remodeling very satisfying to rip things apart and putting everything back together 😊 Can't wait ❤️🇨🇦
We owned an ‘84 Oakwood mobile home. We purchased it new and lived in it for 8 years. The biggest problem we had was with the plumbing. It wasn’t a pvc pipe. They were a gray type of pipe. And they all wound up splitting or cracking. They were actually recalled a couple of years after we purchased it. But of course, you’ll be gutting yours I’m sure. It should be an easy replacement.
No one could accuse you (or Ashley or the kids) of being lazy…..you all work together to attain your goal……can’t wait to see the progress on the interior……will be watching…..your little Family is one of my favorite subscriptions…… Take care…..stay safe…….Thanks for sharing………❣️😊❣️😊❣️p.s. love that Maverick matches Doug!!!!!!! And Belle matches Ashley……❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
Man Doug, the way you were pulling those 2x4s off and flipped the stairs over, surprised that whole deck didn't collapse. So thankful none of you were hurt
