As a roll off dumpster business operator, I appreciate the decision and care you took to make sure the loads were level with the top edge of the dumpsters. It's important so the drivers can work efficiently and properly tarp and secure the load, making it safe to travel on the roads. Thank you, I hope others follow your example!
to be honest, the bucket really didnt look like it would handle that well without damaging it. that thing was made to grab huge chunks of metal, the way it bent that metal was like it was a piece of paper
Wears a respirator, saves the Rhododendron bush, salvages the cinder blocks. This is why you're so successful, Andrew. It's those little things that make a difference. You take pride in what you do, working hard and smart, and it shows.
The time and attention you take to set up your camera with the perfect angle so that we can really see the fine work you do never ceases to amaze me. You are so very talented. Thank you.
I'm certain that he does..... But also he makes 90% of his money from RU-vid Revenue . Trust me I have worked for my self plenty of years but I can assure you there is times that you WILL not have work for a week or 2... He is lucky he has RU-vid to back him up and actually is supporting him. I Just hope he is smart and made him self a 401K savings or has a really accountant to assure things are going good for him.
Andrew, I have been watching your videos since March 2020. I really admire your "can do" attitude and your ability to solve problems with an enormous amount of common sense. Thank you for all the informative an interesting videos you produce. Please keep up the good work.
I think your work ethic is some of the best I have ever seen. Clearing up the rubbish in the woods was as far as I can tell above and beyond what your original job was. You should be very proud of yourself. From a UK subscriber
Bro, I've sat and watched your videos now for a couple years and I must say you are definitely a jack of all trades!! Keep up the amazing work and the amazing content! I could honestly watch you just dig trenches all day! Awesome work!
hahahaha yeah that trailer was Mint by TPB standards. Ricky could have grown some really good dope in that trailer, way better than the stuff you get down at the mall.
I live in a very nice 1968 Hennessy ultra wide. In a rural area. And let me tell you trailer trash is real I spent maybe 3k renovating it and let me tell you. Only decent looking place in the joint. Glad I had it these last 2 years tho.
Seems we all caught that bug. Just think that some of the material could have been salvaged and reused in some other area or sold to build something than trashed like that.
Cody looked confused when Andrew went through the wall. I love it when a dog gives the WTF face. Andrew saw that steel frame and thought , hey I could build Cody and Levi a dog house with that. A little concrete and some gray paint and the dogs are all set.
That claw bucket seems to be one of the most useful attachments on the skid steer. While others are needed, watching your episodes you seem to use it more. I enjoy watching your videos. Thanks for sharing.
I drove a deuce and a half (M35a2) through the last mobile home I lived in. 10/10 would recommend if you have a junk mobile and access to one. Take the axles off and pull it off the blocks first.
Yeah man....anything and everything is going to be poorly built when you live in a steel frame, steel walled castle with a little bit of brick and wood. Andrews castle will stand for at least a hundred years until it starts to become remotely compromised. He way overbuilt that thing, but he did in fact say that he wanted it “to last forever”.
@@deplorablelibertarian drinking game: every time Andrew mentions his castle lasting forever while watching one of the videos on his castle, you take a shot
Cody says to Levi, our human can walk through walls!, Yep, you haven't seen anything yet 🐕🐾. Great vlog Andrew, brilliant photography and score. Thanks for sharing and best regards from the UK.
My family was in the mobile home moving industry for a long time, this method is a lot more efficient than moving the MH in one piece for disposal. Great video Andrew!! Cody is growing up so fast, stay safe my friends!!
@@AndrewCamarata No, regulations on transport and disposal of mobile homes these days are so strict it's not cost effective to move it one piece just to do the same thing you did on site.
I just finished watching your video "Closing in the Container Castle" and it's totally wild to see the contrast between a building made to last a thousand years and one you can basically walk through.
I was sat there thinking he’s gunna use that digger, then 10 seconds later you’re going in it then when the guy was tickling it all I was thinking he gunna saying just let me do it mate then 10 seconds later you’re in the captains seat ‘cause that was painful watching him try unload
He was probably not comfortable with that big machine and also didn't want to make any damage to Andrew's trailer. Some people are super picky about their equipment and ready to start a hassle if the are any scratches made in the loading/unloading process.
I see AC get out of his skid steer and completely clean up, picking up by hand many small items the bucket either didn't get, or dropped. THIS is why he gets return business. He cares about the job he is doing, and how it reflects on his business!
He also seem to work hard, not taking brakes (like most smokers would do) - and the people he works for gets a bonus: a video about the work done on their property.
Very nice of you Andrew to start uploading videos frequently again ! Even though your latest projects have been grand in scale , time and difficulty we still wouldn't mind seeing the slow progress !
Some of them are built just like modular homes, and will stand the ultimate test of time...but most are poorly built. I bought a lot and had had a modular dropped on it- but I saw how it was built so I know it’s quality. You wouldn’t know it’s a modular if you didn’t see the cranes setting it on the foundation. I saved a bunch of money having it built in a warehouse and put together in sections....and it came with a guarantee.
Funny you mentioned that. After we bought our property moved a used 1969 mobile home to it in 1980. At the time my wife worked at a mobile home park and we got a good deal on an abandoned mobile home. Lived in it for a couple of years while be built our house. Then we sold it for what we had into it to another couple. I've often wondered it it still exists or if not how long it lasted. Andrew is right about the flimsily construction. Ours had no insulation in the walls so ice would build up on the inside during cold days here in NH. When we were building our house several of the subs wondered why we wanted a mortgage when we had a perfectly good mobile home. :)
When people mention an exception to mobile home poor quality they unknowingly mention modular homes which are different than mobile homes. Most homes made today and even in the past use prefabricated roof A frames and sometimes skeletal wall sections too. A modular home is made up of multiple prefabricated components whereas a mobile home is assembled and hauled to its destination and isnt meant to be moved very often (preferably not at all)
In Florida, they call it a land improvement after a hurricane, just take out a trailer court and people love the results as they get a better new home and the state has that much more pressed board gone.
I have soooo many older vids that i have not been able to get to. But with these daily uploads i keep getting excited and watch them knowing i have more to go back to later!
I can imagine a conversation starting with Andrew. "See how these things are built out of nothing?" "Well I bet your house is built just the same." Camera pans to Andrews 4-5 storey concrete and metal castle.
Honestly going the extra mile on the job usually feels satisfying, makes the customer happy and leads to more work in the future since people talk about good service!
I work in landscaping and I fully believe your story about all the flower pots someone saved LOL I have seen people with p/u truck fulls easily. And by the way I really appreciate your attention to detail. So many contractors make you wonder how they ever get return business.
Windshield in that or a grate or something any thing I saw quite a few times stuff was heading into your face want more videos not you getting hurt we love ya in FLORIDA hard worker you are
Andrew is a master at the controls of these machines. I would love to see a picture in picture where we could see his hands working the controls while we see how the machine reacts.
Damn! Andrew, I don't know you from Adam, but your work ethics are above and beyond, as is evident here. Keep up your amazing and rare energy, and don't hire anyone that will diminish what you've accomplished as a top-notch BOSS!!! Best of luck to you, young man.
I'm a DIYr mom, of three marine sons, and the example you set in this video is exactly what I would expect of them, nothing less. I truly appreciate seeing drive and dedication in youth!
Yeah, fin some vids from the man, the myth the legend himself, not many doing these videos on YT and i miss them and are evere thankfull for people like Abdrew who still continue be themself no matter the YT algorithm..
Hey Andrew in England UK they say “a mans home is his castle” reckon you would agree with that....am thinking when that place was new, some couple woulda thought the same.
One man operation. Organized, neat, cleans up by hand what he can't grab with the claws. You are amazing Andrew. I live in Dutchess County across the river from you. It would be fun to pay you a visit to watch you in action. You are an example of you can make things happen, make money, not make excuses, repurpose, fix anything and everything, improvise and on and on. I laughed when you said you were getting a new truck. in one of your videos. I pictured a new something. You turned an older Dodge into a functional, money making vehicle. As a coach once said to us, I can't turn chicken shit into chicken salad. You sure can. Thanks for your videos. A fan of the man.
I think it’s time for you to buy a rolloff or hooklift truck. You can deliver and pickup your machines from job site, remove demo, stumps and scrap metal. Also handy around your property.
I came across your channel after watching Diesel Trucks and stuff, came across when you got that new Dodge Ram, and all I've been seeing from your channel what The American Dream is all about. Great content! :D
