Listening New Year's Day 2021 !!!

I recollect hearing this song and other songs from Demon Hunter as I was in my twenties. I was looking for this sort of Christian music because I was enjoying the instrumental and I wanted Christian lyrics. Perfect for days when one feels a certain way, at least for myself.

First album I ever listened too and was hooked since then.

I love how this early stuff with Demon Hunter is religious, but it's presented in such a way that even me as an agnostic person can get behind it either as what it truly represents, or even just viewing it as some guy that just decided "You know what? I'm just deciding that I'm not gonna die and outlive the earth itself"

This band is one of the best of the best. They are some of the most influential Christians of our age. They are truly gifted and anointed. I pray to be able to do even a quarter of the ministry they have accomplished.

There are plenty of metal bands who's members are Christian, they just don't always make it the overarching theme of their music.
