I'll admit, watching you train and earn your gains, made me respect you all the more. I really enjoyed watching this. Your coach seems tough but good. This is how greatness is born. Pushing past our quitting point. You are courageous to confront the pain and keep going.

I like your coach, he pushes & pushes, he knows how to get the best from you in a training session.
