No but douma could theoretically be stronger then muzan, without blood control, he has no emotions therefore nothing holding him back especially since he's a demon. So if he were the demon king instead, and didn't underestimate his opponents (like how he did and originally did I the original story) then he probably would've eaten nezuko. He wouldn't have conquered the sun though since he doesn't have a connection with humanity and can't because of his emotions. But he could conquer the sun because since the blue spider lily only blooms in daylight, he could just send his cult leaders on a mission to find it and make the medicine for him. Leading douma to conquer the sun. Yoriichi could still beat him though, since sun breathing can defeat ice powers (idk what it's called)
