Fiddlesticks was the first demon, spawned in from fear itself (the most primal emotion, which even the celestials would feel). However once the celestials saw the power and strength of fiddlesticks' true self, they battled fiddlesticks and managed to seal him away in the spirit realm using 10 keys. Eons later, a foolish mage found one of the keys and summoned a smaller and far weaker version of fiddlesticks due to only having one of the keys. Realizing himself as the true embodiment of fear, he utilizes these constructs/vessels to strike fear in order to gain more energy from the spirit realm and help him find the remaining keys. He has 2 keys now one which he found and one which he took from the wizard. however the reason for only one of the circles being red is because this was the key that has already been used to summon a portion of fiddlesticks former self and he has yet to use the second key. He is now using mayhem and fear as well as the ideal that he is at his weakest with only one key's power, to draw out zoe, knowing she has the third key. once he has all 10 keys, he will likely unleash his full power and bring an end to runeterra!

There are 7 Fiddlestick's vessels in that plane, one of which was destroyed by Zoe (that's why it's red, that's why Zoe carry one of Fiddlestick's keys). I believe that the seven Vessels in Runeterra are in the following places: -Freljord -Bilgewater -Targonian (primary vessel, holding one key, destroyed by Zoe) -Noxus and Demacia (the second vessel, two keys, the one we see in the cinematic, the quick, creppy, could cover both regions as they're somewhat close to each other) - Ixtal -Piltover and Zaun -Shurima The inner circle represents the Celestial plane, and the dots are Black because they're contained, selaed, but can't be destroyed. Bard guards the CELESTIAL plane, rather than Runeterra. He is always hunting and collecting artifacts that might allow the gap between Runeterra and the Celestial plane to be bridged, in order to protect the celestial secrets. He is also responsible for the containment of the 3 Celestial Vessels, as thiws is pretty much his Ultimate. To seal.

But Demacia and Noxus aren't close... They are in both extremities of Valoran (even tho Noxus is as large as half the continent while Demacia is quite small). Love your ideas tho, I'm also trying to relate his skins with locations: Risen (or Bandito) = Shurima Union Jack = Piltover Dark Candy = Freljord Fiddle me timbers = Bilgewater Spectral = Ionia (could say shadow isles but Ionia fits better since it also is a continent filled with energy and spirits.) Original=Demacia that makes 6, and Pumpkin for Noxus would make 7 but that makes no room for Targon and Ixtal... (I'm not counting Party since it's a troll one (yet so funny) and Praetorian is too futuristic even for Piltover (where Union Jack with his monocle in a rich district fits perfectly imo))

Ya’ll are seriously underestimating a billion dollar company just because they made some bad choices in game balance(shut up for a second and compare it with other games).
The image is not branching down, but converging upwards. At the bottom there is all the known demons that have manifested. And as the demon evolves, it gets stronger and stronger until it gets to fear. This is also confirmed by yone when he encounters fiddle for the first time, he says "What ancient horror is this? Is this what an azakana could become?".
Im not quite sure about this but I might just give it a try. When fiddlesticks says first of 10 i believe he might be talking about the emotion that spawned him. Humans have 10 basic emotions: Joy, Excitement, Surpise, Sadness, Anger, Disgust, Contempt, Fear, Shame and Guilt. And according to H.P Lovecraft Fear is the first and most powerful emotion. So when fiddlesticks says first of ten he might be talking about his demon form spawning from the first emotion. And all the other demons would sprout from there. And then the other startin gfactors might be other emotions too, like Guilt or Contempt or Anger. Which could turn Fear and Guilt into secrets maybe, or fear and anger into delirium and frenzy. Edit: And what if the circles represent these emotions with the inner three being our primal emotions Joy Fear and Anger. Which could mean that the three lines could be those three. Making Joy and Fear create delirium and Anger and Fear secrets. I've also seen another theory saying this picture could represent the hierarchy of the demons.(sorry i could not find your name person who wrote it) Not talking about who/what came first but who/what is the strongest, which could turn the picture upside down and going with my previous theory could mean that the three emotions at the top are the strongest and all the others are diluted forms. So fiddlesticks would be one of the strongest demons because the emotion that spawned him was one of the strongest. This ranking of who is the strongest also fits in with the Noxian mentality which would make it more likely to be found in a noxian fortress. I would expect a Ionian version to be ranked by age and a noxian version to be ranked by strength.
the only thing i have against it, is that it is sais in his bio that fiddle appeared at the very first breath of creation, wich means he is way more ancient than humans to have spawned from them
i just realized that fiddlesticks says "Secrects" when he kills Swain (Raum) or "Nightmares" when he kills Nocturne but when killing Evelyn he says "Agony" and agony is not on the chart...
He is pretty much sayind what he demon he killed feeds on. Raum feed on secrets, that's how he grows and knows things, Nocturne feeds on nightmares, tormenting people in their sleep gives him power, Evelyn feeds on the agony she causes on those she lures and seduces, and Tham Kench on adiction, glutonny, gambling and that sort of stuff

While on the topic of kindred, I'm surprised nobody is discussing the fact that fiddlesticks refers to kindred as "grey man," a bit of kindred's past that nobody save kindred knows about. The fact that fiddlesticks not only knows who kindred once were, but uses that name to address them directly (he only addresses other demons directly, the other times he says the name of a champion are by a direct quote from another character in the lore), seems like it should be a big deal.
So kindred is kind of the death demon, which involves with wolf as fear in death and lamb as the acceptance of death even if you still fear it. So i guess, the ten demons are already scattered across runeterra, and all of them are just taking mortals to increase power, using their form from their key emotions, with the objective of getting the keys to summon a greater demon.
Anyone else noticed how in the voice lines Fiddle refers to Kindred as "The Gray Man"? That may be what's happening with that separated branch that splits in 2 in the bottom of the diagram, because Fiddlesticks only refers to demons by their names. Given that "The Gray Man" split himself in 2 because he was lonely that could be another emotion in the branch "Loneliness". Plus it's ironic that that branch is separated by the other branches thus making it lonely. Honestly I would like to thank Riot and the community for giving us something to entertain ourselves during this quarantine.
I think he says Gray Man because his interactions with champions are their greatest fears. And Kindred’s would probably be no longer being together anymore but becoming one entity again and returning to a lonely existence.
Thats an interesting way to view it! I have a different take on it though! Kindred is a very, very old being, dating back to perhaps before the advent of people as they are known. For an unknown period of time, at the beginning, the Kindred was a single entity, until he 'grew lonely', according to Lamb. At which point he supposedly cleaved himself in two and became two distinct entities, Lamb and Wolf. Lamb referred to their original form as 'pale man', which is startling similar to Fiddle's 'gray man', and all but confirmed to be one and the same. We also know that Fiddle almost exclusively parrots words and phrases back to people with little comprehension for what's being said, but there do seem to be a few exceptions, which leaves me with two theories for why he says it. Either it's merely a parrot of a victim praying to the Kindred before dying, or Fiddle is old enough to remember Kindred for who they truly were and is addressing them directly and (semi)consciously.
yeah kindred was before a time of man, or people, probably just after the breath of creation. thats why pre-split kindred does not have a name, only identified by the color. He grew lonely, then cut himself in two, thus making kindred. I highly doudt the embodiment of death can feel fear so I can only really believe that fiddle knows of them before they split. a lot of things would make more sense if they just gave us a list of the creatures and when they were created in the first "breath of creation". we only can confirm Auerlion Sol and Fiddle. Maybe the whitish "grey man" was one of them as well, or there was a race of pre-human living forms before them. like when was Bard created? And if Zoe stole a key from the demon. why? in all the lore I can find on Zoe, it only ever says she stole the key as one of her usual pranks. just a bored joke to her like she usually does, but we all know shes actually smarter then she lets on. so what does she know about fiddle that we dont?
If there are 10 possible vessels of fiddlesticks there may be a key to each vessel. names under Fear were crossed off which means he already used 7 of vessels and is now in his 8th, thus why he has 2 keys strapped on his neck, as they are keys to 9th and 10th vessels. (idk just came to my mind)
They look similar, but actually aren't. In this paper words are very linked by many lines, while Riven sword has very simplistic runes Simplistic in a way letters (well runes) are separated from each other and kinda look asian, while this paper writtings don't look like anything regular, attached yet kinda runic... Maybe because Noxus language evolved tho I doubt it, since Noxus is pretty young compared to most regions. Could also be because Riven's sword runes actually are written in Ionian, despite being enchanted by Leblanc for sure, her sword delivers Ki, a Ionian energy if I'm guessing right...
Hey, 2021 theory. Now that we know that azakana are like baby demons and that they evolve to stronger demons by feeding on negative emotions i think that chart represents paths that demon evolution can take and that when fiddlesticks says that he is first of 10 that means that he is first of 10 demons that evolved to their strongest state. That can explain why Nocturne, Tahm Kench and Eveline are not in those 10, they are still evolving and by following the chart we can see that Nocturne and Raum are close to final evolution. Those paths that have nothing writen on them can be different evolutions that Noxians did not research yet.
I think this is right, but what would Nocturne evolve into? His line leads right to Fear, which is already Fiddlesticks. Also, I think it was mentioned that this is only one page of a lost demonic compendium, which is why Agony (Evelynn) and Addiction (Tahm Kench) are not on it.
Its a good Theory however you missed one crucial Part. Fiddlesticks was supposedly created with the "Breath of Creation". The first something in nothing. And even then, he managed to scare the living sh*t out of Aurelion Sol. He was insanely strong from the moment he was born is my theory. I do believe Azakana can become extremely strong Demons like Tahm Kench and Eve, HOWEVER i got a feeling that a fully grown Azakana, so, a Demon, is not quite the same as a Primal Demon.

Fiddlesticks is pieces of a demonic celestial, similar to Bard and Zoe. When he mentions first of ten, he mentions pieces of himself. That is why Fiddle got two keys, because one is dead / consumed. This explains the red circle in the greater whole. The Black circles are keys that are either hidden or captured, like the key Zoe got. Fiddle is trying to collect itself with the keys. Therefore, someone is trying to either fuse together the known "lesser" demons to stop Fiddle, or try to find a "anti-demon". This Anti would be like a demon but the other way around. So if im right, Fiddle is a massive danger that both celestials and some few unlucky mortals are trying to either stop or counter.
You had me on the first part. Then you lost me. The countering the demon by making a demon part seems like Alucard from Castlevania how he was the opposite of dracula. But fiddle trying to reforge himself is a good idea.
I just what to point out that every single word that is written with English letter starts with a capital first letter like Fear, Nightmares, Secrets and so on. But that thing at the bottom named azakana is not written with a capital first letter, its not Azakana. The problem is that it represents a name of something and the name should have a capital first letter, so my theory is that there is a missing first letter because if you look really closely there is a red smudge before the word, so maybe it actually says Kazakana, or Razakana, or Nazakana. Just wanted to point it out
So, here's a theory: First, I believe that fiddle is trying to collect his vessels around Runeterra. He is currently in his 7th one because of the names in the top left. The red dot marks the one he is currently in. Each key unlocks one vessel. That means that the 2 keys on fiddle are for the remaining 3 vessels. The key missing is the one Zoe stole. I think she stole it to stop fiddle from reaching his final form, when he uses up all of the 10 keys. So, I believe that in each of fiddle's vessels is a little bit of demon energy. As he fulfills the needs of one vessel he moves on to the next one, collecting more and more demon energy, thus getting stronger. I also think that the 3 dots in the middle represent the 3 stronger forms of fiddle. So, if he is in his 7th form, the next one is one of the stronger ones. As mentioned earlier, when he unlocks all of the vessels he would reach the final form, but he can't because of Zoe. I also don't think that the final form of fiddle isn't the Azacana, because if it was i think it should be somewhere at the top. I think the Azacana is a name for that line of demons at the bottom, and I think mybe Swain and the other demons might be in that line. So, mybe we dont know the name of fiddle's final form. That was my theory. BUT, one question remains unanswered. What the hell is that many eyed crow skull looking thing in the top right?

Maybe Fiddle carries 2 keys for every vessel now to have a replacement in case one gets stolen again. He could have learned from the mistake letting Zoe steal one.

I just really want Riot to make cinematic about all of this, as it was with Ryze cinematic, like explaining stuff and showing us things around the world. Imagine swain talking to someone with close up dark place style, talking about all of this demonds and cinematic showing us actually what they are doing somewhere, like Tahm Kench in Bilgewater, then he talks about Nocturne in Demacia (and also seeing little montages what they are doing like how they are killing their victims) also talking about fiddlesticks and imagine in the end, when he talked about nine demonds (ofc they don't have to show us all of them, but those who we know from the game) so imagine after talking about nine demonds, and that other person asks so where's tenth? and swain gets his wings out or red eyes or something to represent last demon Raum and says one of his quote - ''The demon is always in the details'' aaaaaaand that would be epic ending of that cinematic. like 5-6 min videou would be more than enough. Interesting to see that the term "azakana" present here, now that we have context of what that word entails from Yone. Maybe it's not something that trickles down, but maybe goes up? Azakana are supposedly the lowest form of demons, so maybe as they latch onto negative emotions, they climb this sort of "ladder" until the reach the most primeval and deeply ingrained negative sensation in all living things: fear. Fear being the pinnacle, as it were.
the images on the left could be insight or knowledge. Like in lovecraftion stories, knowledge turns people to madness. eyes represent insight in a lot of stories and many lovecraft stories revolve around keys.

Delirium is giving me that strong cosmic horror vibe. Zoe and Sol are scared of something beyond the stars, and that ties into that theme pretty well. delirium from knowing that which breaks your mind.
Aurelion is as old as the Void if im not wrong. Zoe is a bit younger. Fiddlesticks was created with what is called the "Breath of Creation", so basically the *very first* "something" in complete "nothing". Fiddlesticks has existed since existence was a thing. He just hasnt been on Runeterra until recently. Meaning, there is a very good chance Aurelion, Zoe, aswell as the Void, all together dont know that fiddlesticks exists.

9:00 The fact as to whether or not Zoe and Fiddle are connected in some way, can be somewhat confirmed by Fiddle's surprise party skin. Upon encountering Zoe in game Surprise Party Fiddle, instead of his usual voice line, will say "Nice key you got there twilight, wouldn't happen to steal it from some one dangerous would ya?" This could technically be a potential link between the two of them regarding the key, I think.
It's also just a common comment everyone's made since zoe's splash art. And since that skin is pure meme, it's viable to say that it's just making a joke out of it. The only legitimate thing you can link them between is the line in fiddler's lore that goes like "Targonian legend speaks of a child of twilight who stole the only joy from a ragged, whispering horror"
@@miantava it is quite possible that the "whispering horror" he speaks of could in fact mean his primordial self given how he seems....incomplete. it could in fact elude to Zoe in some way being somewhat responsible for Fiddlesticks current state. after all a demon having potential multiple host bodies across multiple lands and being so old he could probably be considered one of the first things ever, its likely that Fiddlesticks as we currently know him is only a fraction of something much greater and much meaner

Places crossed out could mean the demons are no longer active in that area. That could explain why Fiddlesticks has a myth in multiple places. He just gets around.
Well, here goes nothing: As sketch shows us, we can safely draw one conclusion: there is a top-down hierarchy system on demons. That means, there is a spawn pattern based from the most "powerful entity" created [in this case, fear (as the most primitive, ancient and raw emotion of all creatures) brings to life demons]. Also, these aforementioned demons are tied to more specific "themes". The question is; how exactly are these created? To (allegedly) answer this question, we have to look at Swain. Or more precisely, his interactions. He says that demons are "a reflection shaped by humanity". I personally think that is correct and also false. On one hand, fear is all encompassing. But, the more you see the side branches, the more sense can be made from what Swain says. Here's why: Those three subcategories in that "paper" (delirium, nightmares and secrets), are not created by themselves on a whim. Rather, those three are byproducts created by defense mechanism used to confront fear. A way to cope, one can say (though a bit inaccurate) . This approach supports your theory that nightmares is a directly "born" from fear. After all, research has shown that animals do experience nightmares. Now, to the fun part: the branches that can be seen at the same "height" as fear are emotions that, while every species feels, humans are the only ones that developed a way to "fight" (or succumb or avoid it if you wanna be more accurate). The right side is ~Secrets~. According to psychology, secrets (in the context that is presented to us. There are, of course a plethora of emotions that result in keeping or making secrets) are created out of fear and guilt. Guilt is an emotion that affects humans and animals. But humans are the only ones that create secrets in order to hide them. It's getting a bit long, so I am gonna skip the ~delirium~but you can see and apply the same logic there as well (though in this case, the other emotion is pretty hard to identify. It could be viable to say anxiety, anger and even euphoria). Afterwards, the more downward you go the "patulous", the more you can see the pattern. People find more ways to conceal, defend and/or (in a perverted sense when you are already "far deep")"improve" their sense of self,image and their desires (or libido, for all my Freudian friends out here). We can see this in ~obsession~ for example. So, more demons are created by humans to feast on their flaws. Each time, (I believe) less powerful, but much more intelligent and sophisticated. Tahm kench is literally a demon who is using his charisma, "silver tongue" and wit to persuade people to make bargains with him. Where am I going with this? Well, I think that the other nine that fiddlesticks mentions are not other selves of himself, but rather demons that exist by other primal emotions, like disgust, sadness etc. But what if I tell you, that demons are not based on only "negative" emotions, but "positive" as well? They are a matter of perception after all. Things like lust, ecstasy and awe are created by a "syncretism" of negative and positive emotions. Thank you for reading my rambling y'all. Tldr: The demons are a depiction of psyche; It has primal emotions [the emotions we feel in the truine (reptilian) part of our brains] and the more evolved and sophisticated species become, more demons are produced to feed be the coping mechanisms that (mostly humans) developed. Demons are not only made by negative emotions, but by positive too.

Here's my hot take on the other branches that feed into fear: 1. the eye could possibly symbolize cognition which when combined with fear creates delirium, creating things akin to illusions or feelings that affect you 2. the right side my be a human or rather an effigy of humanity and when combined with fear creates secrets, meaning that when we fear something about ourselves we hide it therefore creating a secret. Which lead to us forming some kind of obsession about ourselves or parts of humanity.
This is my interpretation of how the branches split: We fear the knowledge that we do not fully understand so we seal it away, thus becomes a secret. And from the need to hide that secret, we form the obsession of keeping that secret safe. But like a coin has 2 faces, there are those who love to uncover secrets, so much so they develop an obsession about it... It's like having an addiction for something. When we cannot tell what's true and what's not, it frightens us. And as that fear grows, we become delirious. But everything has a limit, at one point we will be driven mad from our delirium and enter a frenzied state. However, some will give into the illusion, and illusions sometimes give us a false sense of safety, making us feel blissful... until it drowns us in agony.

Theory: Fiddlesticks is trying to find his other selves around Runeterra, collecting 10 keys to unlock his true self, Azcana, The First Demon. The 10 Demons each hold a Key. Each Key is to be kept far apart to prevent Azcana from being reborn. Where the other demons don't want Azcana to be revived as they want the mortal realm for themselves, Fiddlesticks want to fuse back into what he was. To return, to The First Demon.

@@disqtiq6438 Aatrox was an ascended and the ascended are made by the sun disc which is technically the aspects power then made more powerful by blood magic which the darkin practiced. Maybe the power of aspects is the only thing that can kill other aspects? The aspects certainly can use their power to strip power away from the darkin, maybe the darkin can do the reverse.
The azakana symbol look's like a key, made of other keys, so maybe that's why fiddle is gathering keys or there's so much hinting at keys. So maybe to summon him you need to forge a 'Master-key' from the other ones.
SO fiddlesticks Is the typical MMO player stuck in a Game trying to get 100% completion for thousands of years turning himself into a husk of his former self with the only intent to get 100% completion on the game.
I'm still somewhat hung up on those keys. We can safely assume, that they somewhat relate to the demons that carry them. Each of the mentioned 10 demons could carry one, which would actually be in line with the keys shown at the top left of the image, where there are 10 keys in total and the one, which was stolen by Zoe, has been highlighted. This may be further supported by the circle on the top right, where we have one of the outer dots highlighted in red. But then, why does Fiddlesticks carry *two* of those keys? Let me to try to explain. I researched a bit on demonology symbols and tried to conect the dots in order to create some related symbols or images. And low and behold - you can conect the seven outer rings into a heptagramm, which in occult symbolism is used to trap the devil. It's important to note, that none of the conected dots cut the inner 3 blackened ones, which would actually mean, that at the very least THESE are trapped as of now. In conclusion this would mean, that these demons are LOCKED. By this logic we can assume, that Fiddlesticks is going around and tries to collect them, hence explaining why he already has two keys around his neck. I'm not entirely sure if there is and order to unlock each other, or even if the demons immediatly fuse together, butat this point the circle can once again come into paly: Fiddlesticks is the dot highlighted in red, marking his position as the first of the ten demons, the first one to have broken free of his prison. My Conclusion: I don't know if the other "ten" are actually fiddlesticks or instead a different demon entirely, however i do assume that they have been split and sealed from each other. One of those ancient demons, Fiddlesticks, broke free and is now on his quest to unite all the other keys in order to unlock the inner cricle of demons, which could all fuse together into the demon named Azakana. And OH BOI. *Let us all pray that he never will.*
Soo you're trying to say is that all 10 keys connected to 10 demons which can be free by fiddle. And fiddle is the only one who broke free first and now roaming the runterra and collecting all of it so that it can free the others? this makes sense.
I don't know which theory is more terrifying. That Fiddlesticks is in fast the first demon of ten, what most likely makes him extremely powerful or that he killed the first of the ten and imitates his voice.
Theory: The 10 circles represent a check list. 7 worlds all having their own 3 realms. The worlds marked in red are either already consumed by fear or even took over by the final spawn. That could be the 'thing' more dangerous and significant Runeterra faces

Either white or black red is the color of war thats what i was getting at. Yes void is purple but it leaves nothing look at Icathia (it wasn't void alone) but it is grey/black on thr map.
Theory: The Humanoid form that forms the right branch could be saying that secrets are created by humans. Because without Humans there would be no secrets seeing that it is Human nature to lie and nature and the animals in it cant lie. But that's just a Theory. A League theory ( Im so sorry)

Actually some animals în the real world are capabile of lying or having secrets. For example there's a bird that burries nuts in the ground. Some Times others of the same species spy on them to steal their so they fake the act of hidding the nuts in one place but hide them somewhere else
I'm not sure about that one, since Swain can read secrets not only through humans but also Yordles, Void creatures and even Aurelion Sol... To me it seems that any lifeform can have secrets, and even tho humans are big liars, they are far from being the greatest ones (or more especially the first ones).

I think an important thing to note is the two poems we get with fiddle sticks. It’s also the reason I think kindred and the very nature of ending doesn’t have an effect on fiddle sticks. Meaning kindred cannot end fiddlesticks or kill him. “The crow, alive and dead.” I think this is one of the more important lines, hidden with along with. “Fiddlesticks, end of men.” If we take it at face value it could be referencing him simply Planning to exterminate man kind. Thinking about it deeper, especially with the previous lin, we get a better picture. We know demons can cross the boundary of life and death, because of Yone coming back to life. But what if fiddlesticks is neither, or more to the point both. What if fiddlesticks had always been stagnant because he’s dead, but hungry because he’s alive. A thing born dead, between the scream of beginning and end. What if when they say fiddlesticks had “no understanding of the things surrounding him.” It means he doesn’t get time and existence itself. He is both a aimless, stagnant corpse without any real objective and a hungry beast crawling the land for something to feed upon. He was the first, but the diagram and the way we know the asakana to grow means he’s also the last. A forever stagnant crow, born to the start of the universe as the harbinger of the end. Like fear. He doesn’t care about motive or people or anything besides indulgence on the most primal level because he is a constant. Hell, I’d go so far as to suggest he only kills people because people fear death, note because he in anyway desires it. He doesn’t desire anything other then spreading fear, no, becoming fear.
The circles in the top right could indicate the place of this 'Tree' among the overal tree of demons. One of the circles is colored red, but the text indicating 'Fear' on the top is also in red. This could mean that 'Fear' is one of seven.(Outer circle of the diagram) You can also see that the red circle is connected to 2 other circles. And in the tree itself you see that 'Fear' is combined with 2 other unknown branches on the top. I wouldn't know what the other circles in the diagram could mean, but i think that it would indicate the existence of lesser and greater demons (Inner and outer circles). Lemme know what you think of this
This sounds pretty good. 7 trees in total and each one has 3 sections. But I think that there aren't that many emotions that could be associated with demons, maybe those other trees could indicate some more demons and something else, out of this world. Maybe this has a connection with another cosmic being like Aurelion. Just maybe, after all, IT'S ALL THEORY!
I think it's pretty smart. But after reflexion that would mean there are 6 other emotions at the same level as Fear, which doesn't make much sense since it seems that Fiddle says Fear is the first and foremost emotion...
@@ipatchymakouli415 It could also be that the other branches arent emotions. maybe you need just specific things to create specific demons. for example, on the blueprint for Galio, was a bird that looked like swains birds. maybe Galio is also a demon in that sense where one of the trees is the unkown one on the right, connected with secrets, and another tree is propably magic, which would explain why he could only move while he is infused with magic.
We know fiddlesticks feeds on raw fear. There are 7 demons in the fear category and 7 outer circles. I believe that there are 7 actual fiddlesticks-like demons and 3 far more superior demons (and thats why one of the circles is red meaning that is fiddlesticks we see in the game) Edit: also first of ten might be a reference to fear being our first and strongest emotion, and seeing how fiddle feeds on raw fear, it might be that the demons are created and fed by our emotions. Edit 2: maybe fiddle needs 10 keys scattered around runeterra for his super saiyan-like form.
10:07 the triangle with the circle in it is in Fiddle's recall, and is also sometimes seen with Swain, if I remember correctly. 15:32 I assume the warlocks who made this drawing knew they didn't know everything, and were just adding branches for demons they didn't know about yet.
I love how the “tree lines” are the same as the “gold lines” in Yuumi’s book, meaning? That these could also be realms? Maybe one demon is locked in everyrealm?
The poem in "Voices" gives the solution to fiddlesticks "the first of then"-voiceline. Fiddlesticks is like a parrot. He doesn't really understands what he's saying, which is why we can't learn anything about himself or demons from what fiddlesticks says. We only learn about his victims.
HEY! @Necrit and others I really love your videos and value your thoughts but I have to disagree with one. When Fiddle refers to himself to the "first of ten" it makes no sense that he means his 10 vessels. Because then Fiddle would be "all ten of ten"(?) because he is all of them. I would agree that Fiddle changes depending on where in Runeterra he is but my theory would be, that his body sometimes looses some parts and he just picks up whatever is nearby and would fit. (And also, that would mean that "the first of ten" would only refer to the body. Would be too big of a coincidense that we just happen to witness the body that was created first) But what are the "ten" then? If by my theory they aren't the vessels of fiddlesticks they have to be something completely else. We just saw, that the Demons are a result of some greater powers (secrets = fear + ?). And Fiddle is clearly Fear himself. So I would guess, that the other 9 are the other original demons all the other descended. The only problem I have with that is that I dont see other potential for demons the size of fiddle. Because riot said that Evelynn (could be lust?) isnt one of the ten. But again, evelynn doesnt have to be lust. maybe shes just one of the descendants. Anyway, I would like to hear some thoughts on this one.
I could also imagine that these demons are spread out in runeterra and they kind of activate when there is enough fear in their region. Maybe fiddle is even like some sort of support for the other demons because creates the fear inside of the people driving them either into his arms or those of the other demons like nocturne or shaco
I AGREE because fiddle mimics voices he hear so he could have heard someone says that fiddle is the first of ten demons and fiddle is probably known by the same name '' fiddlesticks " in all regions and if he heard someone says his name in one specific place how could that person knows about other vessels
@@erroxhd7721 I dont really think that demons would work together. As far as I noticed, demons just serve one purpose: whatever they embody. But I do agree, that the other 9 are already there but just not awakened yet. And Fiddle awakened due to some big event on Runeterre (the rune wars? because as I know fiddle didnt just awaken in demacia. please correct me if im wrong). But I dont think they "sleep" in Runeterra. It might be, but because we have to relation between runeterra and a somewhat demonic realm I would not fully concentrate all demons here. Maybe the other 9 are active but just on other planets?
Azakana Meaning Azakana is only a Ionian term to refer to lesser demons in League of Legends lore, meaning that all demons start at this phase at the first point of their existence. This means that even extremely powerful demons like Fiddlesticks or the Ten Kings are obligatorily bound to start as Azakanas. so i think the tree is read from bottom to top
I believe the branches that draw into the demon tree represent body (left) and mind (right). Delirium is based on your senses and what you can perceive. Cloud your sense of sight and touch with fear, and you become delirious. Take that farther and add a dash of anger or desire, and bliss and frenzy manifest. On the other side, secrets are born from a fear to be found out. You feel the need to hide things, and you fear their discovery. Spin that farther down, and you become obsessed. Not only with keeping secrets, but hoarding them.
Here are some ideas I put together: 1. The triangle containing a circle: Runterra has three realms, the living, the spirit and the dead. But what if the circle implies the 4th realm, within the three realms. Like the realm, the demons are from connects all three realms together because fear is the only emotion that is constant in all three. 2. The bird skull: Definitely looks like Raum, In which case, people know swains demon exists. 3. The ten keys: Perhaps if I am right about there being a demon realm, perhaps the only way to enter the living realm is to have a key. Fiddlesticks is the first of 10 because he is trying to collect the keys to allow his other demons to enter the world. Unless humans willingly allow them into the world (Swain).
I thought Demons came from the spirit realm tho. Also I dont think fear exists in the death realm. From Mordekaisers story the dead are just like hollow husks with no emotion.
I'm thinking that the half-circle with runes is a gate, with all of the 10 keys being a part of that gate's opening costs. What I also feel is that Raum, the demon of secrets knows something about this or is the one needed in order to use all ten keys to open this gate. The triangle is the gate since a half-circle has parts of a triangle and a circle, and the circle inside of the triangle is what the gate is going to open. Not necessarily a gate to all the demons, but a gate that unleashes one specific demon that's been locked away in prison. The reason why fiddlesticks contain two keys but lost one to Zoe is that maybe she took it, knowing what he's trying to do since she's essentially millions of years old. Between her, Swain, and Fiddlesticks, this might be a battle between all of them to find all of the 10 keys, in order to unseal one of the ancient 10. Just because 10 is used for the demons and there are 10 keys, doesn't necessarily mean that each key unlocks each demon. It could just mean that the number 10 is significant, therefore frequently used with all of the rituals involved with the demon lore.

I have a feeling that the ten circles in the top of this are something completely different than what you mentioned. I think that the red circle represents fear, and whatever combines to make "secrets" would be the circle in the rightmost position. So in addition to this, "delirium" would be the combination of fear and the circle to its left. I agree with your statement that the three circles could either represent higher demons or Runeterra itself.
Just a little thought that came to mind: You mentioned that the left tree-combination could be demons spawned from Fear and the physical world together. I immediately thought of Shaco and Fiddle, cus they're essentially just "dolls" possessed by the demons. Perhaps Fiddle, then, isn't on top of the hirarchy, but just one of the demons that can (or even have to) control physical puppets. Is there more demons like that? On the other hand, you've got demons like Evelynn and Tahm, who have their own physical shape, and demons like Raum, which maybe HAVE to connect to a human being to function? Perhaps those are the three actual "categories": Demons that have their own physical form (I would imagine those to be the strongest), demons that have to possess a physical inanimate puppet, and demons that have to connect with a human, or "host". Disclaimer: I wrote this as I was thinking, so it may not be very cohesive
But shack isn’t a demon, I mean maybe in his rework so he actually has a lore but as my understanding he was just a toy for a prince that grew darker and twisted as time went on
I think when fiddle says he is the first of ten it is implying that he was the first primordial demon to be born, and that there are 3 primordial demons. The branches down are the lesser demons formed from these 3, which explains the 3 branches and only fear (fiddlesticks) being known. In the red diagram there is a stick man shaped being beside one circle, which could symbolize fiddle. The other 2 demons are undiscovered. On the Noxian page the red dot can represent Raum, as the Noxians have control over one demon already and are trying to discover more to enslave.
Maybe he has 2 keys because the FiddleSticks we see now is a scarecrow with added things ( like the chainsaw in the shoulder and other metal parts? ). So maybe the Fiddle we see now is a combination of 2 vessels ?
If Fiddlesticks doesnt scare you so far, this will: Fiddlesticks imitates Voices/Sentences/Noises made by living beings as far as we know. Hes been known to try to laugh, scream, talk in general and even imitate Animal voices. He doesnt talk. He imitates. Now, it doesnt matter which of the Champions Fiddlesticks meets, he tends to imitate the words and sentences spoken during some of their most traumatic experiences. All of them involving Fear. NOW. Remember what Fiddlesticks does. He imitates. What he hears. *He was there when those events happened.*
Even though it's from the noxian's , but I assume that it came from old ryze's book, for ryze keeps artifacts to prevent the destruction of runeterra, I believe this page was found after the noxian invasion. (I know, this idea is dumb) Another dumb idea: it's the lost chapter

Whenever you talk about the "first of ten" line i feel like you forget the "first" part of it and always focus on the "of ten" part of it, i don't think the 10 vessels hold up because fiddle is the FIRST of ten, not ONE of ten
Adrian Reilly the problem is that he says this as a part of a poem, that directly references fiddlesticks. The only other option is that if “fiddlesticks” isn’t fiddlesticks but only an broken piece. This would also explain his reliance on instinct and speech disabilities.
Hope we get a new video about this with the new information from Spirit blossom and Yone. Since we now know Azakama are lesser demons that Yone is hunting, and we now know that Spirit Blossom Thresh is (or what Spirit Blossom Thresh represents) the Demon of Obsession.
Remember, one of the champions they have planned is a demon with a mask from the past, so if that is worth anything, they could throw a wrench in our theories or be the missing link we need to prove them.

When i saw that comment i was like "yeah, never thought about that kindred could be some kind of demon of death" and I believe it's also said that kindred can exist because people believe it exists, which if kindred is a demon, could be explained as: kindred = death, unnamed row is a split from fear to secrets to something apart from obsession which i'd say could be despair, demons feed on emotions to "live" and if people believe kindred exists it could they are despaired by the inevitability of death, but not knowing when it's time (not knowing, offspring of secrets) which would mean that people believing in kindred = more despair, more food for kindred, people not believing in kindred = less despair, so its harder to exist. Sorry for that tangent, but im not a loremonger so i might've missed some kind of deconfirmation of kindred being a demon

Necrit I think we are looking at this tree upside down, azakana are the beggining of everything, they are the reason for demons and demons are the reason for fear nightmares secrets everything.
My theory for the sketch on the right is that that is circle of demonic summoning. I think that 3 black dots in the middle represent 3 "pure" demons who spawned from fear itself, and that other, "lesser" demons are spawned with both fear and some outside factors, for Delirium keys are somehow involved, and for Secrets, its demonic summoning. On demonic seal from Fiddle's teaser, we see 4 additional symbols, one that looks like a diamond is tied to Fear branch, Eye to the Delirium branch, humanoid stick figure to the Secrets branch, and one unknown symbol in the middle that possibly represents Azakana. Secret's demonic summoning probably involves a sacrifice possibly of dearest person or creature, and since Secrets branch is represented with humanoid stick figure, it could mean that Secrets demons can't exist in this realm by themselves, but rather if they posses a human, if they have a host, or they need a human to coexist with. This would mean that Swain possibly sacrificed his dearest creature, Beatrice to summon this demon, which took shape of her, when they became one. This theory of 3 pure demons is further proven because Fear branch has only 3 ends, Delirium has 3 and Secrets has 4, both Delirium and Secrets are connected with Fear, but "pure" ones are not connected to anything. Nocturne would in fact be one of the "Nightmares" on the picture, which also matches the fact that he in fact isn't one of the 10 demons, but rather byproduct of the fear itself, (meaning Nocturne is not a demon at all) because one of the 10 would be 1 of the 10 demons that are on the bottom of the tree. Four demons on the bottom have their names in red, and what I think that means is that 4 out of 10 demons are unlocked/summoned/free, while 6 remain either undiscovered or locked away. Once all demons are unlocked/summoned it would spawn the calamity that is Azakana, mother of all demons, which can be League's take on Lilith from Diablo.
in your previous fiddlesticks video with hidden secrets, you showed a piece of art portraying the demon of swain, raum. The triangle with a circle on the left side and the strange crow face on the right side both were seen in that picture
My theory on the dots is that they are all the vessels and the three middle ones are the ones with the keys(the one Zoe has and the two fiddle has) and the red dot is the current vessel that fiddle is using
Hey, just something I realized. On the right at the "secrets" tree there is a drawing of a weird bird like abomination and if you remember the demon Raum in the real world is always pictured as some sort of crow/raven demon. Just a thought I had.
Just my thoughts. So we know of 5 Demons and from Fiddlesticks kill voice lines we get what they are related to. (Fiddlesticks pick voice line for Fiddlesticks) Fiddlesticks - Fear Nocturne - Nightmare Raum - Secrets Tahm Kench - Addiction (not greed or gluttony, greed is hoarding, gluttony is consumption. Addiction is a compulsive action in rewarding stimuli despite negative consequences. Like how an addicted gambler will continue to gamble even if they win big. It's less about the reward and more about the feeling. The story of Tahm is him enabling a gambler and then once the gambler got over his addiction Tahm came back and ate everything that helped the gambler get over his addiction.) Evelynn - Agony (not lust, Necrit keeps linking her to lust because she uses her appearance and mannerisms to attract victims. She is a Sadist (pain) not a Nymphomaniac (lust)) Fear, Nightmare and Secrets appear on the graph. Addiction could be Obsession. But I feel Addiction is a branch under Obsession. Agony is probably under Frenzy. Delirium, Bliss, Frenzy and Obsession are unknown The weirdest one being Bliss. And I think this might be important into understanding picture. Bliss can be an outcome of Delirium, however when you are Blissful you lose fear. I think is why Bliss this the only branch that stops before end. This dead-end makes me think of a map. Or maybe they are trying to create specific demon or give a specific demon a form. . Swain states that demons are "shaped by humanity. a reflection." However with the new Fiddlesticks lore we know that is not always the case as Fiddlesticks doesn't have a form. Fiddlesticks is a formless blob that creates is own form probably because he was created before humans. . And maybe there is other formless demons or maybe they are trying to find a way to give Fiddlesticks a form so they can control him. And this 'map' is them trying to find out/understand what they need to do. Edit: might be the demons higher have less/no form and the lower demons have more physical forms. Fiddlesticks(fear) is a formless blob, Nocturne(nightmare) has half form half misty darkness. Raum(secert) is only shown as red magic energy that is inside? Swain. Tahm(addiction) and Evelynn(Agony) have very physical looking bodies and they aren't even on the tree.
