Both are correct actually.. When Azakana feeds on some negative emotions. It will get strong enough to make someone feel those emotions. So yeah.. he can hunt azakana of depression.
Maybe Yone's demon is Regret. Dude did regret about a lot of things, one of the most notable is his failure to change Yasuo for the better before his death.
Self doubt but it's not that easy yasuo had the same one , not every deamon has the same name I think even in the same family of deamons (emotion) they had different names but share the sur name like a human
Here this maybe demons are not unlimited like there are just a couples of them like every negative emotions has only one demon. Example of that is fiddlesticks is the demon of fear but we know i think? Fiddlesticks is being fed and the only one eating everyone fear maybe demons feeding themselves not just in one person but all of them.. and maybe the demons cant die cause there not feeding themselves in just one person so what yone does is trap to the mask not kill them.. and i think thats the case cause fiddlesticks said there are other laying around runeterra i think he said like 12 of them? Idk i forgot.. but every one negative emotion has one demon and one of that demon is fiddlesticks the demon of fear and if this really true the demon or azakana swain and yone has one of them.

However, this contradict with the picture of demon's family tree showing a bunch of demons aside from those we already know( agony, greed, secret,etc..) And then at the end of the tree there are a bunch of smaller demons (now we know they are called azakana). So the theory is that the 10 fidd spoke of is the 10 primordial demons. The 10 most ancients and powerfull demons, not that there are 10 in total
Maybe the reason why Yone calls Yasuo foolish is because he couldn't forgive himself for his actions, which left him extremely vulnerable to azakana (alongside becoming a drunk wanderer)

1:14 - When Yone is talking about fighting with Yasuo again it does not mean his character in story is still mad at Yasuo, it’s just an interaction in game when you meet an enemy Yasuo, those voice lines are always aggressive even with champions who are friendly in lore.

Annie is not haunted, the teddy bear is actually a shadowbear her biological mother tamed and gave her, to protect her. The bear will obey Annie and would always come forth to protect her, no matter what. So she is not possessed but the bear is deeply connected to her as its her guardian. + Annie is the daughter of a powerful Warlock and a really powerful Pyromancer. She inherently has absurd magical power, shes just too young to be able to control it. So yes, annie herself is an "innocent" child.
I think also that these evil spirits are just more prevelant in Ionia because it is Ionia. Outside of Ionia they are probably way less often. Considering all the wars Noxus goes to with other places.
Probably she isn’t , just a dark child. But Fiddle had a copy of her voice (or her step sister’s), she had fear of losing someone till she lost it. She had nothing else to fear (or other depressing thoughts)

As far as I remember, mordekaiser didn't go to the spirit realm per se. He went to a different realm of death that was just blackness where spirits kinda faded over time but morde refused to fade and got revived by warlocks or something. My memory on morde's lore is kinda fuzzy tho so I may be wrong

Noxians are not evil. They have their good and bad things about them. Such as accepting you no matter your species or if you use magic and also letting those who surrender to them join them as a part of nexus. And care for them like their own. But I guess that makes other places see them as evil is the fact they want to get more land and build a bigger empire. Though you are right about void just wanting to destroy runeterra so they can sleep again and the demons just being demons
Noxians aren’t exactly bad, their government’s vision is a bit off, But they’re still honest at heart, they want to unite everyone under noxus’ name. By taking over their land :(
Noxus is just an imperial state seeking to expand, and have some pretty ruthless war methods to bring everyone under their banner. Meanwhile, Demacia outlaws magic and has magician hunts, Piltover and Zaun have a lot of great technological advancements and terrifying mad scientists - surprisingly, Warwick is actually a good guy. A lot of places are "morally gray", because no place is a city of hats. There's people of many different ideologies even in Noxus - perhaps especially, since they invite many different kinds of people to live there.
The void is not of Runeterra nor the spirit/shadow realm. The void is almost alien to everything in Runeterra, probably closer to the Watchers than the World Runes.

What if disconnected branch is somehow relates to yordles (tricksters/annoying spirits) as 'demons of trickery' and disconnection of branch comes from "pure" nature unaffected by malevolence, thus having no connection to main root of the demon tree (being on the side of the 'right root' of the tree, yordles aspect of 'trickery', 'secret' and small part of 'obsession'), and/or the reason of the branch not having roots is almost no possibility to research their (yordles/that branch) roots? in short - spiritual part of yordles have (partially) demonic nature?
I actually hope that when everytime Yone kills a demon champion,(except for the ancieny demons like fiddlesticks) he would say their true name. THAT would be really interesting.
the void is not just a "material" threat lol...its the biggest threat in all of lol. the main villain, so to say. should the void (or the watchers, to be precise) win, everything would be consumed. reality, spirit realm, etc etc would all be consumed, so that the void exists alone again

Fiddlesticks literally instills dread into his victims before killing them because he is so...unrecognizable within his mannerisms yet appears ALMOST human in stature and movement. Hard to put into words, but the people of Runeterra fear Fiddlesticks so much, they try to pass him off as a fable
Yone knows tahm kenches true name... so he can literally bench the kench? :D Also, as we've seen (in that yasuo video) that the azakana have a physical form yone might just be using the azakana that was feasting on his guilt and using that ones body.
Fiddlesticks just parrots whatever it hears when it comes to speaking the languages of Runeterra, and also I think the devs want to keep the demons true names secret for now
@@JmonsterNEO fiddle does know the true names of the demons, it isn't tahm kench or evelynn. Their true name is the thing they eat, meaning tahm true name is Greed and evelynn true name is Lust, Raum is Secrets, Noc is Nightmare, and Fiddle is Fear which is in very top of the chain.
"Words can save the soul" i feel like this line in particular is from his actual regret of how he dealt with yasuo as in instead of raising his blade at his brother had they sat and spoke things wouldn't have ended the way they did.
WAIT WAIT WAIT...Hold up a minute sooo if Yordles are the supposed good spirits. and we don't know who hurt kled to be a Noxian hillbilly grumpy spirit and the damage from the Noxian invasion caused the azakana to infest Ionia...... then does that mean Kled is technically by default a demonic spirit since he partially led the invasion, and caused the Azakana rising? "Invade Ionia they said, it'll be fun THEY SAID"

I didn't read the lore of Tahm Kench but it is most likely true what you said. I could say fiddle is an azakana controlling the scarecrow, Raum is already grafted with swain so he is most likely an azakana, and there is yone's mask that is it also an azakana, Fear,Secrets,Regret. My theory is those 3 i mentioned are either the same category with fiddlesticks because all of them need a physical body. I have no info for Tahm Kench, but for Evelynn she is an azakana but she also have the power to create her own physical body what make it weird and strange, we don't have enough knowledge of their power. The question is does every emotion they feed on give them powers to continue to feed on. My english is so bad sorry for any errors/cringe have a good day
i do think that when yone speaks about fear being named is actually a way to overcome our own fears. once we know what fears us (once fear is named) we can overcome it
“Each stroke reveals a character” that is a reference to his E, when he strikes someone while in his E, a character appears (Japanese I presume) maybe everytime he hits an Azakana with every letter he forms a word, that reveling the Azakana’s name.
I mean, graftex to the demon just means Swain was willing to be possessed to gain power Also, it's highly. Unlikely that yone can seal demons. He might be only to seal azakanas P. S. I think the reference to their aspect relating to their trie name comes from Chinese folklore iirc
Azakana are just low level demons. Any demon can die if overpowered and then sealed, he is just afraid of Fiddle because he is a Primal Demon. Tahm Kench is a higher level demon, than small Azakanas and he threatened him.

he isn't a demon, if i remember he is basically just a cursed toy, or at least something similar, that's why he is lore wise so tiny, smallest champion if i am not wrong
