Demonstrating the “forgiveness” or Argentium Sterling Silver (read description before commenting) 

I set out to create a worst case scenario of soldering Argentium Sterling Silver with this video.
1. Poor joint alignment (gap).
2. Dirty metal (finger oils - grease)
3. Poor solder placement
4. Minimal fluxing
5. Possibly more failures to conform to the established rules of soldering???
In this video I am using:
1. Argentium Sterling Silver (remelted scrap cast into a rod and rolled)
2. Argentium Hard Solder
3. Butane Blazer jeweler’s torch
4. Solderite board
5. My-T-Flux
The most important things to keep in mind with Argentium are:
1. Don’t use flux excessively, flux the seam only
2. Watch the colour and do not try to pick it up while the metal is orange, let it cool slightly before moving it.
3. Argentium solder provides the best colour match.
