The market for this is large in Norway, where most people buy it. It goes mostly the last 3 months of the year.

From everything I've read online she seems to be doing very well with her live sauerkraut

It's sold in a shop near me (Dig-in, Bruntsfield Edinburgh). It's great and has quite a kick. Have to keep it refrigerated because it's live. Good with salad or steak.

1: The Dragons missed a MASSIVE opportunity with this. The Probiotic market here in the US is MASSIVE. Grocery stores near me buy these types of products more than other products because these types fly off the shelves. 2: I hope she sees this because if she does, I hope you find a way to get into the market in the USA. 3: If I was a Dragon I would've invested no questions asked because I know the market here. & If you look at California alone, jeez you'd make serious bank.

They all missed a trick with this one, gut health and flora from these kinds of foods is a booming subject/topic. The yanks have realised and most Europeans eat it regularly, the uk is miles behind, like she says it's gaining traction.. She's doing well her website is currently sold out.

Sadly again an amazing food that we all need to see and taste , big supermarkets dictate what we buy , eat and if they can’t display without some effort then we all miss out , I’m in New Zealand, big supermarkets are just like this .

Tbh if you want good sauerkraut or soured gherkins (delish) just go polish section in Tescos. You'll get such a good deal money-wise. Same goes with kefir. That overpriced yoghurt they try to sell in UK lately is a bit of a laugh. Just turn around and there you go not paying 3 quid but 60p what a shocker 😂

A little (non pasteurised,) live sauerkraut, with your evening meal each night, in a couple of weeks, if not less, you won't need to take Omperazole, for your acidic stomach again. High in salt so a tablespoons enough. Got my non pasteurised, online. No added vinegar, just salt and cabbage.

This is one of the only products Ive seen on here that I could actually get behind, hope she does well

Impressive lady. I was missing a question in this though: Does this sauerkraut have preservatives? In that case it's probably not the healthiest sauerkraut, but more of a novelty product. I would guess that one with a year long shelf life has preservatives... A serious sauerkraut company isn't supposed to go large and scale up imo. It's supposed to be small and super serious about its product. I had a lot of sauerkraut when I took some antibiotics for Lyme, and good sauerkraut really is a good idea for health reasons.

Not sure how a live bacteria would survive in something as acidic as vinegar.

Halfway through the video I almost died of boredom. She has 0 energy. Probably from raising twins. So it's not her fault. But, it is her fault that she didn't bring more energy and enthusiasm to the deal. I'm now going to watch the second half of the video to see if she gets a deal. I'm a huge fan of Dragon's Den and can't quite stand Shark Tank USA because it is way over the top (yet I keep watching both shows) It's interesting to see that how if not all, most dragon's are trying to demotivate the entrepreneurs no matter how good their products are are how far their products can be taken with their push and guidance. Whereas Sharks on the other hands, they see it, they like it, they do it. Sharks seem to get excited about making the impossible possible and creating new opportunities for both themselves and the entrepreneurs whereas the dragons come across pretty conservative and preaching "oh it is impossible, it is hard, it is absolutely challenging, it's gonna take years" No wonder america is home to do many young entrepreneurs and provides wider opportunities for them and evolves so faster than many other countries.
