You can also run off the edge and up-b > grab the ledge, pretty sneaky and cool as well. It's kind of how Sheik and Link can grab the ledge by running off the edge and using up-b.

"The best way to do this is to fastfall and then immediately upB during your fastfall so that you don't accidentally double jump. This is a little bit tricky and you can double jump by accident and upB so the way that I do this to fastfall and immediately slide to upB during your fastfall." This is the same statement repeated 3 times apparently for emphaisis, but it's actually confusing. In context, it seems to imply that fastfalling somehow makes it easier to avoid double jumping than not fastfalling, which is not true. UpB/Jump mechanics do not change while after a fastfall, only finger position.
