It makes me feel great that so many women are saying the same thing I'm experiencing---she kept me fit in my 20s, and now in my 40s, I'm coming right back to her to get back into it. Thanks Denise!

Hi! Is this also for men? I am a man and remember my grandma doing Denise's exercise 30 years ago and still does everyday! I challenge her to an arm-wrestle but cannot even move her arm! I feel very low and defeated 😞

I love Denise. I worked out with her when I was in college. Her workouts are effective but not difficult to follow. Most of all, I love her energy and smile. I have watched many many online workout videos. Denise beats them all. No comparison!

I used to perform Denise's exercises every morning after going for a 4-6 miles run and before going to work. She got me in the best shape of my life back in the 80's up to now. Amazing lady! She makes her workout simple enough to do but hard enough to scream.

Love it! Workout with Denise when she was on Lifetime. It wasn't as hard on the body as PT & I saw awesome results. My VHS tapes don't work in husband blueray so I'm glad she's on youtube.

Started working out with you about 2000. Rarely missed your lifetime TV workouts. Was sad when those shows ended. Have always loved working out with you and use your exercises (through memory) with music often.

Denise Austin is 57 years old and looks fantastic. Oh! Happy Belated Birthday :D I love this workout video because it's simple, short and I can add my own variation to it which is: 1. Warm up cardio for 5 mins 2. Follow video 3. Cool down cardio for 5 mins Which completes a upper body, mid-body and cardio workout in about 30mins tops :)

I have been doing this 2-3 times a week for the last three weeks and already I'm getting stronger. I love that it's only 7 min! Perfect for working moms and those of us wanting to gently ease back into a full workout.

I'm in a wheelchair and paralyzed from the waist down. I have a lot of shoulder problems and pain now. I try to do some exercises as much as I can but are these some exercises that I can do that might help?

Angela Quilts I know Denise has a lot of videos, so I'm sure there is one for abs only. But, just know if you have had several children, you might need a "tummy tuck" to get those muscles back and some lipo-suction to remove that fat deposit. Exercise just works on the muscles and doesn't take care of where the fat is located.

Lawd I hate push ups I rather do wall push ups if any one knows what that is lol. But, her work outs are great and can be done with out weights you can use your own body strength.
