i think Dennis have much much better form than Silvio on arms, Silvio does everything wrong on biceps , swinging both hips and elbows....when curling, just terrible form!

You obviously can't read because I said you would have to hog the bench at 'most' gyms to do this workout. Not that he was hogging the benches because in the video he is not. There is no one else at the gym. And when did I ever comment on this type of workout being incorrect and not productive? I was just saying it is unrealistic at most gyms to have that many pieces of equipment to yourself in a row. You must be a bit special when one sentence confuses you.
