These guys, Dr Wrassman and Dr Linkov are doing a great service with the information online. Especially with all the bull shite out there. Any chance on doing a video on some of the products in the pipeline AR degrades etc. Suppose to give an alternative to fin without the sides
In Hungary, clinics say you need to have at least 50 pieces of hair per cm2 in order to look natural. As I understand you, it is an exaggeration. What do you think about crown implant ? Some clinics implant hairshafts next to each other lying on the skin covering one another. You need less grafts this way. Other clinics chose to place grafts as it was originally in your scalp standing (and not lying) next to each other. They also reflect your original cowlick (turning point of hair in the crown). What do you think ?
These doctors talk about the illusion of density, but don't share the patients interests. If you do a conservative 25 fu per cm, (which they do, from their past videos and current one talking about how the hair will still be thinner then the patience wants) the hair will be see through and incredibly thin. It will look like you're balding. You need at least half of their native density FU PER CM to make it look like the illusion of density and not thinning which is normally 50-60 fu per cm. These doctors pretty much just said they can't do that, and wont do that. They're countless doctors that can do this with an incredibly high graft survival rate all over the world. They're giving a bad excuse not to adopt to this change.
90% of hairmills in Turkey tend to be liable to this dense packing things. Using the 50/cm² I've concluded that for my hairtransplant, I'd need 3.5k. But before my hairtransplant, the *doctor* or medical cosmetologist told me I'd need 5-6 k in order to achieve the desired result. I declined. So basically these people dense pack a lot to give the illusion of a succesful HT with the risk of overhavesting you!
Go and do it as the first sign. I did my from the start. No need one more. I'm on Propecia. I don't know if you can see my picture.. It's 13 weeks after.
Hey guys, thanks for sharing all this valuable information! I was wondering if you have any future hair loss treatments in the works, that you're anticipating to use on future patients?
What if a patient doesn’t care if he doesn’t haven’t any hair left in donor area? I ask this because I always shave the lower part of my scalp down to a zero with a double fade. I don’t like having hair in that area. When it grows long, it doesn’t look right.
Could you do a video on hair stem cell transplantation from Coen Gho’s Hair Science Clinic. There’s little information and I’d love to hear your professional opinions.
Great video. Nice review really love it. Could you please tell me which LASER LIGHT MACHINE (LLLT Device) YOU recommend. Also please recommend which DermaRoller we should buy. Thank you so much.
Thanks for your efforts! Sir, sorry for the off-topic question, I hope to get an answer. If I lose 40-45 hairs per wash per day, and among them 4-3 miniaturized hairs are shorter than 3 cm - can I diagnose myself with MPB?
Hi Doc, Hair transplant can be done by any surgeon? Or is it a plastic surgeon or a cosmetic surgeon who is expert in doing this procedure. Please reply
@@Taptapfail It's not worth the shed for many of us. I tried topical minoxidil and it gave me lower leg edema so I had to stop it and wasted time and money and hair on it. I would rather just pay for a test to see how I would have responded.
@@Taptapfail listen idiot, minoxidil only works for 1/3 of the users for long term. The rest will either see no results or short term results. The minoxidil response test will tell if you are a long term candidate for the therapy and if you need to invest in it.
