My only concern is the gum line… after one year, 5 years, 20 years! That’s probably the only thing keeping me from doing this. The possibility of the comes proceeding and being completely visible.

We have patients that have had their smile for 10 years with great results. If you have good hygiene and schedule standard dental cleanings, you shouldn't have any issues with bone/gum recession.
