Ty for this talk. It was very easy to follow and understand. I appreciated the point on apathy This hit me years ago in my early 40's but I didn't know at the time why my emotions changed to the point of I didn't have the desire to even cry at my grandma's funeral

Thank you for providing this information. My family has just been diagnosed and this made several years of behaviors and concerns make more sense.

The empowerment of forcing yourself outside (even when you feel like you're actively dying) can never be under estimated❣️I've learned to totally disregard that statement someone made several years ago about never letting them see me sweat. It's my world too. 😅💕

I’m a mess. Diagnosed in 2022.Hardest thing I do daily is TRYING to get out of my bed after another sleepless night. Next is showering and getting dressed. Very slowly and difficult.

You're not alone! These are challenges for many people with Parkinson's. Have you ever seen an occupational therapist? They can help with some aspects of these tasks. Our next Live Well Today Webinar will feature Carol Chiang, an OT we featured last year as well: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-P-8SSPeuBBA.html Some people report that Inbrija and other fast acting/rescue therapies can help them with early morning activities, too.
