One thing I always liked about Moon was when you nearly complete the easter egg, Samantha goes mental with that ranting. And it sounds so weird, some of the words Treyarch chose to make her say, but it works so well.

The "Eagle's Nest" was also a name for a mountain side estate gifted to Hitler on his 50th birthday, could be merely a coincidence but I thought it was interesting to note at the very least.

In the Der Eisendrachen teaser trailer in the room where you see the globe looking thing and on the computer screen in the middle there is a person blacked out and in the right screen there is a house. Is this Maxis or another person similar to the shadow man?

hey if you look in the back round you can see a rocket one that is there and the other rocket the one next to it is not there so do you think that the rocket you see in the back is going to be used in the next easter egg

If you look past the snow in thabackeound to the right of the castle there is a rocket and what looks like 2 launching areas and it seems one has shot but the other one the rockets still like coming out or preparing for launch

I first imagined griffin castle being this universes version of griffin station. This could be a re-skin of moon. Three rockets similar to moon and the moon base isn't visible in the giant, so it doesn't exist in this universe(?).

Who else here watched Where Eagles Dare? because after he said hard to infiltrate and hard to escape, it got me thinking, could the easter egg follow some major plot points of the movie. Probably not, but maybe the team starts in the town and you must survive for an x amount of time before the gondola is active, and then the 4 players must escape/infiltrate into the castle. From there we start seeing some weird stuff and might have to fight some old knights or abominations. Then we might be given the choice to either side with Nikolai or Richtoffen.

Might imply Griffin Castle was where they launched various supplies and such to build Griffin Station. The teleporter and such didn't just magically arrive there, they had to build it. Hence all the various rocket pads on the Iron Dragon.

Waffles if you go on the giant you can't see those red dots like you could in der ease (excuse my spelling) is it possible that the rockets from griffin castle (as launched in the picture) blew up griffin station?

I think it to be a little interesting that Richtofen once refered to Griffin Station as "eagles Nest" in one of the Moon Radios. Just felt like I shsould point that out.

They have slightly hinted at the Griffins in SoE as the shield resembles the head of an eagle and the things that you grapple to in "beast mode" are the heads of Eagles and are also referred to as Eagles in the starting room I think.

What about the rockets taking you to the moon? The porter on moon takes you to earth why can't we go to the moon? Also in the right side if you look, there's a lot of red just like we usually see writing made in red/blood could mean something who knows. Then you also see the bridge suddenly ends, maybe a way to implement the gonadal as you referenced. if you want to talk on private or something i got a couple other theory's. Also just realized, if you look in the bottom left it almost seems like there's a head in the window which is also lighted up, the shape/ head kinda looks like Richthofen also showing the castle is populated by something, there's lights on everywhere. Appreciate if people like this so Rofl can see
