Tons of recommendations that I’ve used and love. Softymo Speedy Cleansing Oil, cosrx snail mucin, Mary and may peptide serum are all great. Nothing better than Korean and Japanese sunscreens imo. I love Scinic and Canmake Mermaid sun gel. They are excellent and affordable. Intrigued by the Hado Labo moisturizers.

Loved all the recommended products but would like to see breakdown of type skin, which product to use under the skin type, season product to use (ex. winter use etc). , what does it do to your skin, How often to use (AM/PM) and in order use (which comes 1st, 2nd, 3rd.....) Would be a great help to follow thru the skin regimen process.

Love ur recs. Used the Hada Labo Premiun cream & loved it. With the Kose cleansing oil, can it be used as a one & done cleanser or part 1 of double cleanse? I hav atopic dermatitis & don't like to over cleanse my face:) Happy holidays!🎄🎉

I have psoriasis, I used the softymo soeedy cleansing oil (working it into my skin for a few minutes, its really giid at zapping sebaceous filaments that way) and after rinsing follow it with a cleanse with the rovectin conditioning cleanser, a pea sized amount, foamed on the hands before using on the face (never apply neat detergents to dry skin). This leaves my skin soft, no film, no dryness or tightness, in fact, it feels like I've already done half a skincare routine! Hope this helps. My skin is really really dry and chronically easily irritated, and this combo is just beautiful. Really nourishing and softening.

Dr. thank you for this video. When it comes to peptides I have been wanting to incorporate them, but I don’ know how or when in my routine. Day 1: I exfoliate with a glycolic acid and usually apply moisturizer or azaleic acid on top. Day 2: Retinol + moisturizer Day 3: Rest work on skin barrier. Could I use the peptide on the same day I exfoliate or use the retinol? My concern is the retinol is a bit ticket in texture. Also can you mix coper peptides and vitamin c? Thanks ❤

I got really curious about Asian moisturizers after I found so many exceptional sunscreens that have become my personal all-time favorites, but I was disappointed overall. I tried the Isntree HA cream, the BOJ dynasty cream, the Skin1004 moisturizing serum, and even Hada Labo’s lotion designed for the dryest skin, and across the board they weren’t rich enough for my skin. I ended up giving them away or using them up on my legs. I think they strive so hard to be elegant that they don’t work that well for fully tackling dry skin. Now I’ve kind of given up and only use La Roche Posay’s Lipikar eczema cream (despite not having eczema) and that one is amazing.

I feel asian skincare rely alot on layering products for hydration (toner, essence,, masks, serum, lotion, cream, sunscreen). They do not do stand alone moisturizers

Try out the creams from Neopharm child companies (atopalm, zeroid, realbarrier) or Aestura/Iliyoon. I don't have experience with these next ones but I think they're heavy hitters: isntree yam root cream, pyunkang black tea cream, and torriden solid in cream. Or if La Roche Posay is treating you well we can just stick with what's not broken. Cheers

Hi My question is can I use tretinoin0.025% when trying to conceive… The thing is I have been trying to conceive for 3 years now… but no luck .. i have hypothyroidism and hyperprolactinemia which is under control for 1 year now… but my skin is getting too much acne which stresses me out… let me know if I can use tretinoin while trying to conceive.. maybe twice a week?

I love what you're saying but the music is driving me NUTS! 😣🙉 It's exactly like a skipping LP vinyl record & I wish I could just make it stop! It's about as loud as your voice so turning the sound down doesn't really help. I'm only half way through listening & paused to write this & calm down before starting up again
