Dam near 300 yards rushing!!!!!!!🤯 He just might be the best running back in NCAA and the NFL History by the end of his career!!!!!! Gotta get that super bowl ring!!!!!!! For the trifecta!!!!!! Good luck Derrick!!!!!!
@randy K15 You telling me if he wins a Super Bowl 2X NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS and a Heisman he want have the best credentials of any running back in history of the sport?????? He’s only a Super Bowl away from achieving the goal !!!!!!!!! Only OJ Simpson has better numbers and he never won a Super Bowl ring!!!!
@@GoDawgs18 bro I wish I agreed with you on that. I just don't think Pruitt is the answer for HC. I don't see the real progress in 3 years. I'm gonna give him more time obviously (I don't have a choice, we extended his contract to 2026), but I have my doubts. I will be glad when we get a new QB tho.
No team can take you running through their face over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.

I'm not sure u Bama fans realize it but WE witnessed something magical this past Championship season & I'm not sure if we'll see this again. Henry gave us something very rare & I'm damn sure gonna miss him in the backfield! #RMFT🐘
Dreal Sargent Derrick Henry was average at best. He ran behind the best o-line in college football and they gave him the rock 40 times a game any running back could get 200 yards with those factors
@@gavincoen3181 The offensive line was good but has absolutely nothing to do with Derrick Henry leading the nation in yards after contact or having a ten minute highlight reel of breaking tackles and embarrassing defensive players with probably the best most nasty stiff arm ever in college football. This guy had a 99 yard TD run and a 200 yard rushing game in the NFL he's far better than average at best.
@barry walker Didn't know Tua was the offensive coordinator, defensive coordinator, played QB and also played defense as well. Almost sounds like you forgot that Bama's offensive play calling against Clemson was dog shit and that Clemson was clearly the better team. But sure Tua is average even though he is everything needed to be a high level pro, reads defensive, has impeccable foot work, has the best arm and accuracy in the country. But hey, he's average at best. Looks like goldie locks for Clemson is having an amazing year himself so far. 7 TD and 5 INT.
This was actually a hell of an Iron Bowl. I thought Auburn fought valiantly and they certainly weren’t afraid of Henry, he just ended up eating regardless. Roll Tide.
It's crazy that you guys criticize this man but I don't see any of you going to the NFL making the type of money he's going to make. If you haven't played RB, please stop criticizing.
Nick has simply prepared this guy for right now, he simply wears you down and out and when them legs heavy in the 4th he dagger you with 30+ TD run lol 😂
I miss those early era Saban teams, where the run game was punishing but the defense was more punishing. Making games that would be 21-3 be considered a blow out just because of how much the ball was ran and kept time of possession almost the entire game. Along with the defense that would cause 3 and outs quickly. There's no one that's built the same way as Henry and that man seemed to never tire out, and played harder the longer the game was.
This is football and that's what I like as a football fan you never stop scoring touchdowns it doesn't matter how much time there is or how much the other team has and it has nothing to do with sportsmanship name of the game is to score to win if the chiefs do not stop this type of running back Kansas city will lose if they do not score touchdowns also !!!!!!!
In my opinion the two best Bama rb's were Alexander and Henry. Both big backs who would rather run around but can and will run over you. Alexander was bit more elusive and Henry has that stiff arm, but both had a tendency to score when they got in the open field.
Not a bama fan, but mark Ingraham winning the Heisman still makes me scratch my head. He did literally nothing, worthy of winning such a prestigious award.
