Sir, I am a net aspirant in philosophy can I get study material following the net syllabus and pls sir make a video on analytic philosophy. Your teaching style is awesome and mind-blowing, I have learned a lot. Which book should I go for modern western philosophy and analytic philosophy
Sir, Holy Bible me earth ko center mana jata hai aisa kuch nhi likha hai. Kuch bhi statement add krne se pehle thoda sa app research kr lijiye. Or apki teaching bahut hi acchi hai sir. Thank you🙏❤.
If you look back at the history, Christianity was not limited to church only rather they were dominating the every aspect of existence… why church agreed with potelimic model of the universe for almost 1500 years? why Copernicus was punished for publishing his book? Before Copernicus proposed this heliocentric view, the popular belief in the western world is that earth is the centre, so when he proposed his model of the universe he was criticised for that… Why philosophers like Spinoza, Nietzsche and many others choose to publish many of their works posthumously rather than during their lifetime ?…. All due to the fear of religion, because their views were incompatible with the religious views of that time. P.s. religion is the matter of faith and modern philosophy is very much scientific, there is gap that cannot be filled…Each religion hold many such contradictory beliefs… we cannot compare philosophy and religion.
@@PhilosophySimplified hum dharm ko kisike sath tulna nhi kar sakte... Isliye koi v dharm k bare me jab hum padh rhe hain ya padhai me uska example de rhe hain.. To accha hoga puri jankari k sath Kuch bhi bole. Bahut sare philosophers apne philosophy ko hamare samne present kie h apne apne mat anusar.... Par holy books unke baton se pare hain.... Philosophers ko isliye criticism ka samna karna padta hai par holy books ko nhi. As a Christian, apne jo statement dia h video me ki Bible me earth ko centre mana gya h -ye mene kabhi nhi padha. Spinoza, Nietzsche, Copernicus jitne bhi philosophers hai unka apna apna philosophy h par... Par kisike kuch v statement se koi religion k holy books ka likha to galat nhi ho jata. Isliye agar example de rhe hain to Bible me us baat ko dekhiye phir app example k tor se boldijiye. Kyunki me v agar na jante hue koi galat statement kisike religion ya fir holy book k bare me dun to wo bhi correction karenge mera. Thank you🙏.
There is only one thing that we need to understand here, we are not discussing this in contemporary perspective rather discussing modern perspective (15th-16th century). At that time, philosophy came into being as a reaction against religion because in medieval time period all the institutions i.e social, political, literature etc is hijacked by the religion of that time. And the prevailing belief of that time is like, earth is centre of the universe or earth is flat is not challenged by the religion but when modern thinkers start examining that beliefs they we’re criticised by the religious authority of that time… but the now the line is very much clear, there is difference between religion and philosophy.
This is what i think might be the difference between these two: Bad metaphysics is, in general, the study of concepts with the conclusions of such studies assumed to be a priori truths. On other hand, in good metaphysics we just deals with the mens speculations to answer such questions that made him wonder, truth of which is not known to us apriori. Because the very conceptions of apriori destroy the Beauty of search. Metaphysics is about finding not proving. In bad metaphysics we just prove and in good Metaphysic we try to find...
@@PhilosophySimplified sir but in Google say that the western modern philosophy father was Descartes but our mam say that bacon was some as the father of modern philosophy
Your maam is wrong. Descartes was the father of rationalism as well as father of modern Western philosophy. Locke was the founding member of empiricism and bacon was his contemporary scientist. Locke borrowed the concept of the distinction of primary and secondary qualities from bacon.
