Scott Tilden just dont tell them or it might void the home warranty. Also, Pulte and Pardee arent well known for their quality construction. Home are already made with match sticks and they have been known to use rotted wood. I am not sure the return value will be on a base priced home that should be $300,000, but invest $$$$ more. These home are best to just be rental property.

Tile direction is correct. You don't need to be rail roaded or road mapped by grout lines into the living space. This way the 'floor' doesn't get your attention first and you are drawn by the space. Thanks, I'm here all week! LoL

I do like the hits of yellow in each room and I would definitely use rails on the stairs, it lets in so much more light. The house is ok but just a tad boring, lovely tour again. Take care and stay safe.

Model homes, that's how they get you! The models looks so nice and you go and buy it. Then you are sitting at the design center with the bare minimum because your jaw is dropping when you find out what the upgrades costs then you have your home built and it looks nothing like the model home. And you need to spend money on the landscaping! Builders make their money off of the upgrades, at least 3-4 times more. Better to buy resale and let that seller spend the money on the upgrades. Lennar is a builder, that what you see is what you get. At least most of the things in the model home. I'm a realtor and have bought new homes for myself and sold them to my clients. That is my opinion. If you have the funds, remodel it afterwards because it will be cheaper. However, some things are best done when the home is being built.

I've noticed over the last year or so, The prices of these homes have increased by an average of $150 Thousand Bucks. But it was expected. And they will continue to increase. No question about that.

I would not even put wallpaper up in your office, instead 2 smart tvs, 1 over the other, then put your desired wallaper on the tvs, then your wallpaper could be changed at the click of a button and even be moving wallpaper, even moving portraits, like in the harry potter movies, always got to go to the next level,

I’m thinking of moving in 2 years and would love to live in a new Las Vegas community but I have a pit bull and don’t want to live in a place that restricts the type of dogs I can have.
