बहुत अच्छे भाई। ऐसे ही देसी खान - पान बताते रहो। मै भी केवल देसी खान - पान पर ही चलता हूँ। हमारे पहलवानों को कभी विदेशी कोच नही रखवाने चाहिए क्योंकि वे खाना और व्यायाम सब विदेशी ही बताएँगे।

It was thought that carbs can only be absorbed by a rate of 1 gramm per minute. Glucose being the fastest. Fructose can be absorbed at half rate not because it is heavier to digest but because it has smaller transportation means than glucose. If you combine glucose and fructose you get an absorption rate of 1.75 gr per minute because of reasons that I won't write until asked to keep it simple. Raisins have naturally a 1:1 glucose to fructose ratio making it a very good energy fuel and booster. On top of that it has the most boron of all foods which increases testosterone significantly, bone density, cognitive function and wound healing. No wonder raisins are considered the king of fruits in ayurvedic granths.
