Those numbers sounded like "typical" values, I think. Application specifics and meeting EMC might impose other requirements or loosen them. Maybe you can tolerate more current ripple, or larger variation in line voltage vs load.

The value of capacitor is not proper as I have tried practically and the proper value comes out to be way lower than given by this formula. Please follow IEEE paper.
