Completely agree, he'll be passing on some fantastic talent.

I kinda' understand where he's coming from, the market IS over-saturated with useless wannabe's. But I have to agree, that's an "elitist" statement and a horrible way to treat fellow designers. There's plenty talented and ambitious people out there who don't get a chance to work with professionals.

They shouldn't have the "career" page on the website though. But I see their point though.

It should challenge you to change and improve your life not hate it. Cheers brother.
