In todays video we find a nice spot right by the flooded (receding) Black Creek to camp. We also go check out Buttercup Flats which is a field of Pale Pitcher Plants that grow natively in a pine savannah just outside of Wiggins, MS. #wiggins #pitcherplant #overlanding #camping #jeep

Loved y'all's DeSoto video. My girl and I are heading to the Beauvoir Pirate festival next week and we're going to stay in the RV in the forest do you have a coordinate on the buttercup field I can't find it on my topo thanks. Y'all got some good camping kids

If you do a google search for “buttercup flats desoto Ms” google will take you straight there. There is one spot that you can park on the side of the road and walk in. You’ll see a sign. I believe that is on hwy 26.

I used to run the dirt roads around Bethel Rd in Saucier P.O.W. camp Bigfoot Horse trail campsite. Nice Video

Had to cancel my plans for my camping trip in my 90 wagoneer, my 10 year old german shephered who was doing fine still running like a bat outa hell, goes for 5 miles walks fine.. He suddenly has been collapsing when he walks 10 feet out of the house.. 2000$ later with vet visits.. hes now on some heart medicine to help with Arrythmia. His heart seems to beat too fast when he gets excited and its causing him to black out. 3 days in, and it seems to have fixed it.. sucks

Oh man, sorry to hear that. Our pup Kowalski was hit by a car about a year ago, his hip is still dislocated so he’s got a bit of a waddle to his walk but other than that he’s fine and it doesn’t slow him down much.

@@TermiteOffroad thank you, hes on medicatio now and hes only blacked out two times in the last 7 days instead of twice a day, so its working. cross fingers itll stop it when he goes to half a pill instead of the 1/4 pill.. Unfortuntly i dont like this medicine because its making his breathing heavy.. like he sits there and i can hear him breathe though his nose, and he never had that issue before.. Its very annoying when vets say oh his heart is ok, hes super healthy for a 10 year old dog, all his blood tests came back great,, but his heart monitor vest showed increase heart rate when he blacks out.. so something isnt right.. and all the cardiologist says after $2000 in bet bills, is im "certain" this medicine will work.. well it has sorta but its actually causing alot of harm, labored breathing is a sign of congestive heart failure and this medicine has those side effects.. so the meds help him from blacking out.. but also can damage his heart.. Very frustrating !!!. Im debating on slowely slowely weening him off the medicine and trying an herbal treatment that is made for dogs with heart issues
