I thank God I have deleted accounts on social media apps . By way I don't even like social media

I recently went through my Facebook feed (honestly… because I had this video saved to watch later but the title alone inspired me 😅) and either unfriended where possible or unfollowed (that’s a whole other issue!) quite a lot of people. Going to do this with IG tonight! ….. Something I’m also trying with varied success to do is stay off the Explore tab in Instagram unless there’s something specific I want to put in the search bar. IG recommends enough in the feed already, and the Explore tab will suck me in for hours 😢 Thanks for this friendly reminder!!!!!!

Do you know if/how you can reduce suggested posts/ads on Instagram? I find so much of my feed is now things I didn't even choose to follow!!
