Beach-goers say that they check apps and don't enter waters where seals are, so they feel confident in swimming on Cape beaches, despite shark sightings on the Outer Cape. WBZ-TV's Paul Burton reports.

Anyone who goes to the cape isn’t bright in the first place. Sit in traffic and pay double for everything.
