@Witch-Cult this channel is great. I’ve been watching it for months now. Didn’t think I had it in me to solo Nightfalls, but thanks to this channel I’ve done it a few times now. I never used to run my main (Hunter) as a void class much but more fool me. As good as a gunslinger can be wearing Celestial Nighthawk (6 times power golden gun brilliant for solar burn) I’m loving the void now after taking time with it, the super mode and grenade used in this video is amazing, I ran void for an arc burn NF the other day as its utility was better than what an arc Hunter could bring to the table. These videos have helped me believe and be a better player. Takes me longer to run though as I’ve got no elemental primary weapons as never completed raids. I have Zhalo Supercell with arc damage but that’s not a suitable weapon for solo NF IMO.
@HBCoxy I’m in for a slog then😮. No void primary despite my countless hours of Destiny I never completed a raid. I did the Prince of Malok nightfall a month ago I used MIDA primary for its great handling and large ammo reserves for the final boss and obviously void special and heavy (Warpath launcher forget the shottie I used now). Also did Winters Run 2 weeks ago the Taken version (The Wounded scout with full auto) 1000 yard state void and Truth launcher. I lost patience last week with The Abomination kept falling off the ledge and/or making silly mistakes. The only primary I have that is non kinetic is Zhalo Supercell with arc damage but that weapon is not suitable for Nightfall, or if it is not in my hands! I don’t know what to do this week? I’ve got good roll legendary weapons for heavy and special. Maybe try MIDA again for my primary???
@@ianwalters11 last week was pretty good gong, zhalo + glitch spot. This weeks definitely a bit harder. For instance, in this video with a void scout the psions and acolytes are going down in 3 shots. I tried with my treads upon stars with explosive rounds and it’s 5 or 6 shot kill, the void shield is crazy. I haven’t completed it yet but definitely plan to tomorrow when I’ve got some more free time, I was using a void Walker warlock so haven’t tried nightstaker yet. Bubble Titan is the only subclass across any character I haven’t ranked up, I don’t even think I’ve unlocked the melee for it haha. In terms of weapons, so far I’ve tried using red death for health regen, using a void sidearm as a primary in effect. I also used the kings fall pulse, I have 3 kf weapons but all the base versions, no adept. And Treads. Treads was best. MIDA probably won’t be great bc you’re not really moving about a lot for this NF and the Mida’s main benefits are the agility increase. I think scout, or anything with range for primary definitely the go to. Might be worth just going with a legendary to free up an exotic elsewhere. I’ve been using a void TYS and the void raid launcher elulims frenzy, honestly a pretty good launcher, no tracking but insane blast radius + cluster bombs makes it great for this. Telesto could be fun to use.
@@ianwalters11 Hi fellow Guardian. Try to use your abilites as many times as you can especially going invisible and you may try 1) Gjallarhorn + void sniper + any primary scout or 2) Telesto + Void rocket + any primary scout
