Destiny 2: Season of the Wish | Bargain Cinematic 

Fun fact: The fact this cutscene is named 'Bargain' is a genius, yet subtle reference to the Witcher Skin pack costing 60$.

The part when riven said "if you were to secure the $15 starter pack, then you would also secure your wallets desire" went crazy, fantastic narrative.

1st shot looks like the witness's face.....mf is always watching

Riven's natural voice is very nice. I could chat with her all day. Also, why WOULD she grant our wish? Thinking she'd be cooperative after killing her and smashing her eggs was just naive.

Definitely thought "Can an Ahamkara DO that? Is that legal??" when she refused to grant the wish.

Love how the season's entire plot hinges on Riven going "NUH UH"

It's nice to see (and hear) Mara Sov acting like a queen again. Her VA, Kirsten Potter, is absolutely brilliant at delivering all kinds of her character's emotions.

" Reeeeeeeee!! You *MUST* find all my eggs.....but not too quickly, only 1 per week tehehe"

Is it just me or does the beggining look like the closeup of the witness

I like how everyone's talking about chatting with Riven when they forget: Christmas time is nearing, along with Destiny 2's "The Dawning". Remember when we sent Riven some holiday goodies before fighting her?

Riven looks so good in game and in this. Yall went crazy so far

Scenario: We secured Riven's eggs and bring her in front of her at the place. Ikora, Mara Sov and the Techuens are present along with Riven. Riven wishes herself back into existence. Mara Sov is going to state the 15th wish, but our guardian cuts-in and says to Riven to not give any negative consequences in this 15th wish to any of the wishing side (knowing that there are always consequences to making wishes with Ahamkara). Riven says that it's not possible to do the wish without any consequence. Our guardian says that "if you don't do our way, say bye to your eggs (showing a remote detonator in hand and the bomb on the eggs)". Mara and ikora suprised at this revelation. Riven says "You dare threaten me guardian, me Riven of a thousand voices". Riven says to Mara Sov, "This wasn't the deal". Guardian says, "The terms of the deal have changed. We have already wasted a lot of time for finding a way into the Traveller, we shouldn't more on you if you are more nuisance than help". Riven screams at everyone and tries to take her eggs. Our guardian destroys one of the egg's in an instant using the detonator. Our guardian says, "Don't be under the illusion that you are the one in control of the situation, (pauses) we are". Ikora says, "Guardian that wasn't the plan, don't do anything wrong in hast". Guardian says, "I say this not on behalf of the Vanguard but myself, that if we suffer any consequences from this wish after you have taken your eggs. I will come and hunt you down for your eggs and destroy them in front of you, and then kill you." Riven agrees to the Guardians terms. NOTE: This is just my rather dumb imagination which makes the guardian seem badass and ready to take any action necessary. Might be childish.

The soundtrack for this cutscene is good, want to know what sound track they use. And damn Riven VA sounds amazing.

Titanfall: Season of the Re-Skin

Hold up did anyone even notice that the first frame of the cutscene that shows Mara walking to Riven (overhead shot) that the floor literally looks like the witness. The 2 ponds are the eyes and the white floor it it’s skin color. It’s freaky like omg I can’t be the only one.

Am i the only one who hopes one of Riven's hatched offspring becomes a friendly ally of ours? We raise it and it becomes, not really a pet, but a friend that helps us in future endeavors?

Wow, impressive cutscene. I'm sure it's good enough to keep all the poor blueberries around after you scam them out of $15 for a Pay2Lose Starter Pack on top of the $400 of other content required to play.

Okay, okay. I've been looking at this several times. It's obviously impossible to read lips in a video game, but you can see Mara mutter an aside to herself just before she affirms the bargain. She's got a plan. But what?

Can we get a new Glaive that adapts it's visuals and damage to your class type only make it slightly weaker than the specialized damage type class specific Glaives since it would be cooler than the rest 😅

Still dont know why yhese cutscenes are 30fps on ps5 and Series X

It baffles me that they put sm work into cutscenes an story, only to entirley vault it, providing no context to what the heck is going on.

Saw the new season prices and prices on the gear this season, how do you guys figure inflation effects the in game currency value. Really trying to milk a dead game for what it's worth huh

This writing is such trash. “Let me prattle off exposition of what has happened in the past with the most bland dialogue ever.” They did the same bull with Savathun last season. Ultimately all of it is due to the miserable season approach to stories. All you CAN do is say leagues of pointless exposition to returning or inattentive listeners.

By far one of the most annoying seasons out there.
