Me being a hunter vibin in the city In the original tower and I see the traveler healing itself. *jumps off the edge and slides down the cables on the sides accidentally landing on someone's ramen*
@@adarshkamoda9183 oh, crap! Sorry about that! *I hand you a lot of currency...like...A LOT!* Have a good day! *I say running to the traveler with the Last Word in hand*
I only JUST noticed this. But during that last cutscene with the director, if you look at the Traveller, you can ACTUALLY SEE IT pulling itself back together before it unleashes its Light.
Wasn't able to watch this due to the annoyingly long ass Queue placement I got. Wasn't about to wait for 13K others to get in before I could only to have the servers shut down. Cheers mate.
God, I remember how i rushed through all the expansions about a week or two before this, having returned to Destiny 2 after it's initial release, then staying up late to see this live. I had to get to work 2 hours later, it was the middle of the night for me xD
Uldren destroyed it I think to get a piece of it. In Forsaken....well, there are a few shards. Uldren destroyed one. The one where we had to go to unlock the other subclasses originally.
@@vinokai I'm not talking about those larger shards. There was a tiny one where we spawn in at the Sludge. I finally found a clip showing this shard ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-CED8Vq77w4g.html
When you look at the explanation of what it is it would make sense. Seeing as she was curious as to why she and her kind was restricted to only one side (light) or the other side (darkness) while we guardians could possess both perfectly balanced it definitely makes sense why she would want to take it… orrrrr maybe just speculation but there were a few other characters similar to savathun in her ambitions and cunning (Taox) who might now be curious of the possibilities of something like a balanced power of light and dark or they might even be just teasing the concept of wielding a joint power of light n dark who knows with bungie
The darkness knows that the second pulse of light then the travelers about to be doing some numbers Insert boss fight version of the bionicle mask of light movie : birth of takua nuva
Can’t wait for lightfall the amount of times the darkness has almost gotten to us is crazy can’t wait to get our asses kicked by it cause Ik were losing in light fall 100%
I think this event was sick, but the next one im 99% will head reveal as to what savathun looks like, maybe it’ll show us who she’s been disguised as and show her true form, will have to wait till next year for that though
@@harrycunliffe1914 there is literally no proof behind her being Osiris, there’s just the fact he’s been “sus” he literally lost his ghost the only thing that was keeping him sane during the time he was in the infinite forest, what do people expect, him to lose Sagira and just be fine.. if it is osiris fair enough, but it’s so unlikely
@@lordshaxx9090 The reason I'm calling on Osiris being Sava is for multiple threads pointing to it: 1. In Override missions there's voice lines where he compliments Savaathuun's tricks. 2. In Season of the Chosen Osiris made a comment to Crow about him having to wear a mask when they walked through the city, something a lore card has recently stated that Sava has done. 3. We never actually see Sagira dying, we only find Osiris on the moon getting beat up by the big knight and that's the reason he claims he's lightless. I find it hard to believe that Sagira dying off screen is something that Bungee would do for a loved character like that. My first and second points are mainly there to indicate that it's such a good idea for Savathuun to be Osiris simply because those small details aren't actually out of character for Osiris and which makes the guise believable. Orisis being a former outcast and one to compliment the enemy line up, it's why he's the perfect fit for what seems to be a self absorbed trickster enemy. Even if he's NOT Savathuun herself, he's bound to be very clearly under her control as a result of the Crown of Sorrows effectively blasting his lightless mind with the Song of Savathuun.
@@harrycunliffe1914 against your point, yes he compliments her, but her tricks are smart 2, he was talking about before he got exiled and when I came back to the city he had to wear a covering, but it’s also a matter of the fact that he wears his uniform all the time now, so if that was the case, the people would recognise him
@@harrycunliffe1914 it’s just such an obvious choice that I don’t think it is Osiris, again my point is he lost his ghost and he’s clearly going through some sort of depression which is making his actions seem really weird, he clearly wants revenge against the hive so his ideas of capturing quiria were understandable, I think it’s more likely someone we don’t know of
Ps the reason I'm saying this is because I stopped for a long long time and when I returned you couldn't go to mars and the othe plants unlike the original ( and yes I still have it with all the DLC from expansion one to rise of iron)
From interviews, it seems like after a few tries Bungie haven't found a good groundwork for these live events. In an interview they said the missions that open at the last week of the season are the new events (an example would be the exorcism mission last season)
@@AtlasTheWolf Exorcism was a good fucking mission (GIMME ALL THAT AD DENSITY), so far propably the best seasonal ending. AND OF COURSE IT GOT REMOVED AFTER A WEEK
Hunters avoid the city because they don't want to get slapped with the Vanguard title. Being out and away from the city is part of what makes an hunter a hunter.
The fact it didn't show the reforming from the player perspective is so lazy. Like literally nothing happened for the first 2 minutes, then a loading screen then a crappy animation. I don't know why people are nostalgic for this, I'd be so disappointed that I stood there for so long just to see a crappy 15sec cartoon.
