nah man, its base is 48 272. he used food buff 24% cr, which i guess you can make it quite easily

they are mid, simply put most of my pieces are closer to low rolls than they are to max rolls, they also have 2/3 out of 5 good rolls for sub stats, my unbuffed crit rate is 48 and crit damage is 272, i can run my other dreamless for way higher crit rate and lower crit damage as well, but the point is that my echoes aren't top tier and quite achievable by people actually trying to improve their echoes. example: my dreamless having 13.8 crit damage and 6.3 crit rate, both of those stats are some of the lowest rolls u can get on those stats, while also having flat hp and lowest flat attk. my tambourinist having only crit damage and also being 13.8 one of the lowest crit dam rolls i can get and not having crit rate while having flat defense my roseshroom having 2 hp rolls, flat hp and hp% idk how those 3 echoes alone arent mid lol.

i show my team comp in the hits at the start, u can use verina, yinlin, jianxin,mortefi, sanhua, and danjin to buff her up

So regarding the crit stats, my current crit rate of 48 is based on very mid echo stats, if we take into account last sequence we are already at 73 and if we take min/maxing my crit we can get another 30+ crit rate from both sub stats and maxing out the current weapon putting us at 75% + outside of dark surge and over 100% in dark surge there for setting the build path i set here as the optimal path to build and putting the crit damage 4 cost as the ideal piece to run, IF we were to have gotten better stats as i mentioned in the video by saying they are mid stats it would have been easier to show., also i wasn't calling attack% and flat attack a mid stat to roll i was saying the % i got was mid from that scale of lowest to highest, i stated in the video crit, attack energy regen and elemental damage are some of the main priorities for sub stats but im down to hear more on how im underinformed maybe there's some info me and the people in the community running test and calculations are missions regarding these builds, we do days and days of on field testing as well as the ever so useful spread sheet calculations to find the optimal builds and stats for each echo and this was the best path for havoc rover. and last thing is the comparison going around in reddit regarding the values of attack % and flat attack are simple, where flat attack benefits lower lever players with lower base stats and attack % benefits higher level players with higher base stats, we actually discussed that on stream today.

@@SkullCJay Okay so first and foremost I appreciate the response and since this game came out I have been keeping up with your vids since i do enjoy your content. I like seeing all your responses to people critiquing you and appreciate the effort you put in. I'll start by saying I am incorrect for saying that you called flat attack or attack % mid substats in general and I did seem to mis interpret what you said and mixed up your classification of your substat rolls and those specific stats up. You are correct that with optimal stat rolls and the R6 of rover activated that 100% crit rate would be achieved however, at the current time rovers R6 is not achievable and most people don't have access to optimal high cr/cd rolls. I point this out because I think that a way to improve upon these guide videos is taking these smaller things into account and providing useful tips as a result. Due to the fact we don't have access to R6 and most people not having optimal rolls on their substats I believe suggesting a crit rate echo for now would be a good idea to add for this video specifically as a crit rate echo would lead to more dps than a crit damage echo as of the current moment. On top of addressing the current state of players and making a reccomendation after taking this into account you can introduce the idea that in future crit damage will be more optimal as the R6 of rover will allow easier access to high crit rates. As rover is a burst dps the crit rate does become more important and currently a crit rate main stat on the 4 cost would lead to more overall damage. I will retract my statement where I said that you were underinformed or misinformed however, I do believe adding the additional info that crit rate could be a better option now would enhance the quality of your video as it addresses the more mainstream audience that don't have perfect rolls.

i only play when i stream, so about 4/8 hours a day and playing this many hours does nothing to give me more echo materials to lv up all i do is foucs grind one unit a time and grind what im going for

its not cocky its simply that i know my echoes and know how much better they can be

it is bro it has -One of the lowest crit damage rolls -skill damage which is alright for h rover but not as good as for example res lib damage -flat hp -the lowest crit rate roll possible -and one of the lowest flat attack rolls possible this is the definition of mid :'(

For tower think just replace 4cost crit damage piece with 4cost crit rate piece imo. And make sure to have crit damage on atleast 4 piece rest all remain same. As tower has some additional buff buff which buff your damage so overall result would be around similar.

i show the food buff im using at the end of the video so u can substract them from my stats at the start for easier numbers, i also show the damage on the lv 100 tower boss at the very start so u know i can still over 90k with this build with no food buffs

flat attack is good..., the lowest possible roll on flat attack is not

from a min/max dps showcase i cant say its good either, the min crit dam 12.6 and if i have 16 im about 4 points up where max is 21, so im still about 5 points away so its basically exactly what i say mid towards low end u feel me lol

Misleading? So either 1) your new here and havent seen any of the other build videos or 2) you literally didnt watch the video because i have an ENTIRE section breaking down the active food buffs, or 3) you didnt watch thr part where i hit over 90k on a tower boss where food buffs arent counted.... it really aint that hard to watch a 9 minute video and put 2 and 2 together
