Did they remove the barge from the beach or was it behind the camera? You tried placing the graffiti over the billboard but did you actually click to see if it would take or just hover over it and assume it wouldn't work. I haven't downloaded that yet so I don't know myself.
My last video before this one gives you a full tutorial on how to make it and it’s time stamped . It does use the move it mod but the roads themselves are all vanilla no asset packs were used.
Great for detailers, but for us who dont want to spend a huge amount of time on small details, I still hope we get some sort of brush for some important textures like sand and others. Since using this surface tool, it doesnt look natural
