Making a u-turn when seeing police officers and acting suspicious are now grounds to be detained? When did we lose our freedoms to free go about our lawful buisness? I have gone on to Manchester police web page to lodge a complaint, but apparently i cant complain about something i saw on social media, which seems strange as police are known to arrest people for things seen on social media.

The meat-head police officer is a danger to the public, he is ready to explode and is obviously not at all happy about having his authority questioned.
Yet he was the one who ended the unlawful detention and stopped the actual abuse of power. Reggie was already detained under s50 and was refusing to give his name... If he'd wanted to, he could easily have arrested him. His attitude stinks, but he's still one of the ONLY coppers I've seen out there who has put a stop to another cop abusing their power.
That and at 2:24 a 'motorized electric bike' rolls up, stops, and then rolls away without pedaling. As an American with bad hearing I have a bit of a hard time understanding what they are saying, but are the cops accusing him of riding a electric scooter even though he was pushing it or what?
