I’m backkk with another video! Anyone else’s hair knot and tangle all the time? 🤦🏾♀️ If so, then my video is sharing 8 tips you should definitely use when detangling your natural hair. Remember to share some of your tips in the comments section too. Hope you enjoy the video 💗
Thank you for these tips! My sister and I made a presentation to convince our mom to let us Big Chop our hair, and so I am doing more research on hair care before hand if she lets us! We also have the same hair type I believe 4B/C Kinky Coily!!
@@bellaboo9114 big chop is when you you cut off all the dead unhealthy hair in one cut. Someone people prefer to transition and cut off the unhealthy bit by bit.
I was about to say, “Where were you and this video 12 hours ago”? I just spent 1 and a half hours last night detangling my hair with leave-in and oil. I’ve realized that I hit just about every item on your list. This videos is a keeper, thanks!!!!
My sister thank you so much this really really really helped with my 4C that always likes to wrap its strands around each other . My hair was soooo managed today because of it
My natural hair is pretty fine low-med density. I finger detangle 100% of the time and it's been working great! I will use a rat tail comb if I want to change my parting and that's it. My hair stays in twists or box braids under my wigs. I am gaining SOO Much growth!
Literally all life saving tips! I’m so close to giving up on my hair but now realizing the work I need to lug in, to get those beautiful results! Bless You for sharing!
Absolutely love this! We have always washed my daughters hair and detangled in the shower and it takes ages, bounces back up and tangles again! Going to give this a go this weekend - Thanks so much
You’re very welcome! Ohh…no, that’s the last thing you want after all that effort 😩 But this definitely makes it easier and I hope it works well for you, just as much as it does for me! But keep me posted on how it goes 🤗
One of the best hair you tubers 👏🏽 been watching you since relaxed hair days... your videos helped my hair flourish then ... now I’m natural & you are still my go to for all things hair... always informative , simple & practical... always gain so much from your videos . Thank you for your channel, it’s appreciated more than you know... Lots of love from Swaziland 🇸🇿❤️
Aww, thank you sooo much for your lovely comment...you’re very welcome! I really appreciate hearing this. It just makes it all worth while, knowing that someone is learning and gaining something from my content. Thanks for the support over the years ☺️🤗❤️
Thank you for your video on detangling your hair I've been Natural for 3 years now my hair is very long and thick I love my hair and it thought me to be very patient when I comb and style my hair. Thanks again
You’re very welcome! 😊 Yes I’m sure detangling takes some time for you to get through it, but it’s definitely worth having the patience so you don’t damage your hair.
thank you so much for this video! i spent three hours combing through my s/o’s hair and realized neither of us really knew how to care for his curls. he always keeps it in twists and i have pin-straight hair! definitely going to use these tips next time I take out his twists
Great tips. Thank you for sharing, I’m definitely going to be trying them out especially being patient 😄 I’m normally in a haste and end up being frustrated with the tangles.
Natural hair really needs patience thanks for sharing and pls when will you share tips for length growth because my hair grows in volume but not in length 😔😔😔
One day show how you go from a puff during the day, twisting at night to stretch the hair, then styling your hair the next day. Do u detangle to break the puff down to twist the hair? (You may have a video on that already. 😁)
No, I don’t actually have a video on that, so will try and do one at some point 😊 But when taking down my puff, I don’t detangle each time because it’s too much manipulation on my hair, so I’ll just lightly finger detangle, but not fully. Hope that makes sense!
Can I ask a question? My hair gets lots of tangles and knots even after I’ve combed it a second late a knot forms, I’m scared that my hair is breaking off what can I do about this?
@@Ash_Queen16 Hello! I got confused when I saw a reply lol, I still have this issue but it’s lessen since I’ve been using this shampoo Shea moisture Manuka and yogurt. And I’ve changed the routine in how I do my hair as well🤗 I hope it gets better, I wish you luck!!!!
@@valeriesantos507 Thank you, same to you. I’m going to try and incorporate pre pooing with an oil and washing my hair while in twists. Hopefully that’ll help.
I want all women with afro hair to know ALL Women take forever to wash condition comb oil and dry hair. I take a good while when its my wash hair shower day and thats with semi wave straight black hair.
Yes it is! When my hair was really short I couldn’t twist it, so I used to use hair bands instead. I have a video on how I did it back then in case you haven’t seen it; ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-u6bGTgmV3SY.html
My hair looks fuller and thicker when wet but thinner when stretched and dry. I like to keep my hair stretched but I don't like the thin look and shrinkage gives me tangles.
Possibly make sure you have combed it out/detangled from the roots well. Then make sure your twists are tight enough to keep your hair detangled and from shrinking up to form tangles.
