All my family has passed away. If I had one family member like Judge Caprio it would be heavenly. My heart is always touched by how Judge Caprio talks to people. That would be a miracle if I found just one caring person where I live. LORD please bless and protect him always. 🙏✝❤

Every country needs more people like Judge Caprio. Most of the Judicial officers think they are above everyone and everything. Though we had lots of Judges known for their simplicity in Chennai,Tamilnadu,India, we need more people like Judge Caprio. This show should be watched by all the Judges all over the world. I enjoy watching Caught in Providence.

In Ca, The speed limit is 25 in residential street, 35 in city, and 20 on school zone when school is in session. I remember those on the driver license written exam. I am pretty sure that’s for all the states. When people expect to see sign to remind them what the speed limit is? Those should retake the exam.

The barber was telling the truth. I'm a little disappointed that Judge Caprio didn't ask the barber how he thought the officer might have concluded he had not been wearing his seatbelt.

I have always had a similar approach to pushing through with a cold. However, even in the old days (prior to 2020) when we came to work sick, we risked others getting sick. Post 2020. We need to stay home when we are sick regardless of our ability to do the job.

@@brianinja People need to work, but if I come in when when sick instead of staying home for a couple of days, the 10 people I infect will be out for a couple of days. I ain’t that valuable. The next guy certainly ain’t that valuable. Just stay home when sick.

Yeahh, my boss wouldn't agree with the judge. If we are sick we are ordered not to show up. Why? Because we could pass the flu onto others and then all the hell could break loose if all of us called in sick on the same day. So, our orders are "if you are sick, stay home, get well and return when you are healthy".

Nice. Only I don't think a cold is reason enough to stay home. Unless laryngitis is bad enough and your voice is a big part of the job. A flu is a different story as the body needs the rest to recover and you don't want to spread the fun. As pneumonia someone commented on, that should be a day or more off as well. Am commenting as a practicing PA.

Very nice Judge Caprio! Greetings from new jersey! Sir, I have seen some episodes of your hearings in this channel and observed that many cases were when people got the tickets in mail and that too after a very long time (2-3 years later in some cases). I want to know how can I know if I have been charged with some offense(red light or speeding or parking) where I have not received the ticket or in mail and maybe missed/delayed at source. Could you please confirm the way to find it in judicial system of new jersey or new york or PA.. I have not travelled to other states by car i guess. Thanks in advance!

If anyone should have had their case dismissed outright fully, it was the gentleman who served in the Army and is now a barber. Very respectful and polite and presented himself very well. After all the videos I've seen, I don't know how this judge continued to charge him $40 for this. Too often this judge surprises me both in good and bad ways.
