Determination of Copper by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry 

Copper (Cu) is one of the micro (essential) mineral elements that play a very important role in the body's metabolic processes. Copper deficiency can cause the enzyme system to malfunction, so that the body's metabolic and physiological systems do not work normally and cause disturbances in blood formation. Conversely, if the excess will result in damage to body tissues. Determination of copper by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) flame was carried out in accordance with SNI 6989.6:2009.
